So pleased with my guest room bed set. The set I went with was not on display but I was assured of its quality. Delivery and set-up were super smooth. The prices were amazing for the quality - and I had been looking for 6+ months. So happy!

Custom Sofas!! I love this place I found! When I say hidden gem I mean it! I was looking for a custom sofa business near by and stumbled upon Northbay Furniture. Jesse was very helpful in helping me find exactly what we needed for our new home with tons of different options for me. I’m picky but was able to find something that worked perfectly for our family. I also got to choose exactly what bed room set and mattress I needed for my guest room as well and set up for a delivery too! To the gentleman that helped me, thank you for getting me everything I needed for our new home!! I’ll definitely be back, love doing business with you. Thanks Northbay Furniture!!

After a not so good experience with Ashley furniture store I got my money back and took my business elsewhere. I looked at Lazy Boy Furniture and felt they were way overpriced for what you got. I then stopped in at North Bay Furniture met with Jesse who showed me several couches that he had on the showroom floor that looked and felt every bit as good as the Lazy Boy couches if not better. Once I found the couch I liked I got to order it in the color and material I wanted out of the upholstery books Jesse had, I also had the choice of firmness from soft, medium, firm. I was told the couches are made in Sacramento and it will take five weeks to get. Definitely worth the wait, exactly five weeks my couch and loveseat were delivered at no extra cost and were delivered at the time Jesse told me they would be there. If you don’t mind waiting for your couches to be custom made this is definitely the place to go.

After researching furniture and visiting several retailers, I happened to be driving by and thought I'd pay a visit. Given I sold my furnishings and was staying w/family, I was in contract to move and therefore needed a sofa and loveseat. Jessee was very kind and thorough w/pricing options, financing and delivery timeline once I made a decision. Suffice it to say, once I was in contract, I knew North Bay Furniture was my choice. I visited the store a second time and Jessee recognized me immediately and since I knew what I wanted, it was just a matter of choosing a fabric. Long story short, the sofa and loveseat arrived two weeks prior to the anticipated delivery and was very pleased. The delivery team was professional, efficient and very friendly. You may pay a bit more than your standard discount retailers, but you will not be disappointed w/North Bay Furniture. Jesse and the delivery team were wonderful and would not hesitate another visit when or if needed.

This is mattress that was sold to me completely damaged as photos show:I have been told to wait 4 days for the mattress to expand it never did the springs where broken from the beginning. After 4 days I rented a Uhaul and returned the Mattress I was not offered a refund in fact I was blamed for the damage. But I provided photos of the first day it arrived out of the box.I left the mattress in the store and filed a dispute with my bank.The Merchant told the bank the item was never returned. But I took photos of it returned as I uploaded here.The right thing to do is refund me and return it to the manufacture and all this can be resolved waiting for a response.* Update- Clearfaction I had to rent a closed van and bring the mattress back on my expense. the mattress was carefully unloaded into the store.

What a great experience.This past summer, Jesse helped us find the perfect set of bedroom furniture at a great price. While other stores said we would have to wait months, Jesse was able to get our furniture ordered, delivered, and set up within a week.It was a pleasure to shop without any sales pressure and have everything executed in such a friendly and professional manner.
