Service is really bad, if you do get a technician out there it's a gamble as to whether or not they can fix their machines. Also really bad experience with Desiree, definitely did not treat us like a customer and acted like they were doing us a favor by giving us services that we pay for.

the worst dysfunction of any company I've ever worked for I would highly recommend any other copier printer company but this one I got nothing against pot unless you're taking over the Stone from the time you wake up till the time you go to sleep and chewing up Xanax bars like candy an owner that does that is an owner that doesn't care don't buy your products here I'm just letting you know where some of the bodies are buried stay away from northbaycopier at all cost

I have been using North Bay Copier Service for several years now. Whenever we have a problem (which is seldom), they are at our door within hour, if not minutes of our call. If you are looking for a company that will be there after the initial "sale" they are it!

A few days ago, the photocopiers in my office have broken, and I tried to find one of the best. Unfortunately, finding and make decisions about the best machine for my business is a challenging job. This is because; there are many choices of photocopiers in the market. Fortunately, I have been referred to North Bay Copier. They provide outstanding and efficient service. Simply by completed the automated form on their website, I have been contacted very shortly after it, they quoted me a machine who fits my business. 2 days later, the machine was up and running in my office. Thank you to the entire team.

We are using North Bay Copier since almost five years already. We were told they were best in town and quickly realized that indeed they were. They has been our copier/printer vendor for many years. Their prices are competitive with any other company out there, but what we value most is the great working relationship we enjoy with their fantastic team of sales consultants and service techs. Whenever we've had a need, or a problem, they have been quick to address it.
