“I've been coming here for 20 years and I've only had pleasant experiences with the staff and my purchases have always been quaility items and at a fair price. When I took a friend there to purchase a walker, the staff aptly chose the right size for her. I noticed it had a puffy, soft seat and was super light weight! So easy to put it in the car. They don't have real competition when it comes to their level of caring for people. They are kind and patient and knowlegeable and; therefore, a very satisfying experience for what is often a difficult time in someone's life: needing help and quality, reliable medical equipment or supplies!!”

“MED has provided the BEST medical purchasing experience I've ever had, and I've been blown away by them, which is so rare in the medical industry. They are honest, fair, and they follow through with their promises (shocking)! After unsuccessfully trying to order a critically-needed SCD for a relative's painful edema through a local medical supply store that was extremely incompetent and unkind, I found MED. They offered the device for less than HALF of what other companies wanted, and I received the item promptly. What impresses me about this company is that it is very responsible and customer-oriented. MED resolved a couple minor issues quickly and efficiently. They didn't point fingers or shift blame like is so common in our third-party insurance-dominated medical system. They took responsibility and worked tirelessly to ensure I was totally satisfied with the purchase. If I could give 10 stars, I would, and I'm picky. My parents spend thousands of dollars annually on medical expenses, and we will be coming to MED first from now on and will be encouraging everyone we know to use them. This was a great experience.
