I've been with Keith and his office since he started. We have a full range of insurance including life, auto, home, and umbrella. Keith and everyone in his office have treated me with respect and have always been polite and helpful explaining various policies, choices and options. With the amount of disrespect keith treated me with all because of a mistake they made on my policy.... 8 year long customer. They've lost me as a client. Won't pay to be belittled and treated horribly. I'm in utter shock how they have any clients the way their office handles things. I've never been spoken to so rudely and discourteous in my life. Thanks Keith! My Response to Keith: Stop with the lies! You literally told me on the phone " don't care if you don't want to be insured here I have 10,000 other policies, I don't need your business!" That was so unkind. All because you didn't want to make things right ! Shame on you, Keith!

My wife and i have a rental home in Sonoma County, and were effected by the recent and disastrous wine country fires. Although our home did not burn down, it did sustain some significant smoke damage. When I received a call from my tenant notifying me that he was unable to occupy the property I immediately called my agent Keith Garlock. He put me in touch with the State Farm claims center within minutes of our phone call. From that point on it was full speed ahead to rectify the smoke damage on the property. State Farm had the property cleaned up within three weeks, and gave my tenant great support with some rent relief since he was not able to occupy the property! Mr. Garlock,s office was extremely busy during that time due to 8500 homes burning down in the county! When I called he was patient, caring, and prompt getting our needs handled immediately. As a senior who moved here from another state to be caregiver for my elderly brother, I came to Keith Garlock to update my car insurance. He took time to patiently listen to me, get to know me and explained everything to me. He made sure the policy fit my situation and saved me money. He made the updating go smoothly. On my first visit he took the time & helped me with information about local businesses, agencies, etc. His caring and help made my move here easier and I felt welcomed & more part my new community. Whenever I called with a problem, advice or questions each and every one of his staff patiently listened to my issue, were caring & quick to respond, follow up and resolve the issue.They were efficient and I always felt that they truly cared about me and all their clients. Upon passing away of my brother, I had to move to an apartment & was in need of a renter's insurance. Keith and his staff were so patient with me in choosing the best policy that fit my needs. When I totaled my car and was in such a worried & fragile state of mind they guided me through every step quickly, fairly, efficiently and stress free. After being with Keith Garlock and his staff these last few years I have gained a great deal of trust and respect for how they do business. In today's world where businesses, corporations etc are giving such poor customer service. Keith Garlock's agency is unique & rare.

They solved all my insurance issues and I ended up with much better coverage (homeowners, auto, and umbrella ) than the DIY companies that advertise so much on TV. The improved coverages' price is equal to 3/4 of the previous homeowners ONLY insurance AND tailored to my own circumstances , not averaged out. Keith Garlock is a professional , not just signed up to sell insurance but to really find the right fit for each customer. Caitlin Garlock really shines in the office, helpful, quick, and explains everything with exactitude and patience. The other staff members are also courteous and welcoming. They work together well. One must be cautious with insurance and know what exactly you are buying. LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR,no, this agency IS a good neighbor!

We've been clients of Keith Garlock for close to twenty years and we have always had the best service. The office staff is amazing--so prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We feel very well taken care of. In fact, they proactively helped us get an experienced driver discount for our daughter who recently turned 25. We trust Keith and his staff to give us impeccable service, which includes excellent advice on all forms of insurance. They are first rate!
