What a mess this store is! Completely empty product racks, inventory all over the place, it looks like a bunch of toddlers were let loose in here. No wonder this company is having financial problems if they expect people to come in and shop here when the place looks like this. How are you supposed to find anything?

Me: "Hi, do you have this product in store?"
Associate: "I don't know. You can go online and check."
Me: "I'm calling store directly so I don't have to go online and go through all of that. Can you ask a manager or check somehow?"
Assosciate: "No."

The lady in blue shirt approached me as I walking down the aisle to tell me the bag in my hand isn’t for shopping … Um DUH LADY , I felt like she was coming at me before I picked it up i looked at the price $2.99 , we exchanged words she asked me to leave , will never go back there again because of her rudeness , I will make sure to tell all my “Martha’s “ , and the rest of my crafting buddies to stay out of Rohnert Park go to SANTA ROSA OR SHOP ONLINE

Shop other stores online! Joann doesn’t care about the customer. The store is an absolute mess with bolts of fabrc thrown everywhere, fabric in wrong places, no bathroom, empty notion racks, etc.. And sale prices aren’t marked correctly so when you get to checkout thinking it’s one price and they charge more, too bad. They won’t/can’t make an adjustment even though it’s their fault, so you’re stuck with it. Not worth it!

They are pretty helpful, friendly, easy parking, great selections and sales, they were having free stuff items in bins to take, their after summer clearance, was about a week ago not sure how much is left, they put on right side as soon as you walk in, just how to buy any item they have in store, could be 1 cent[nothing for 1 cent anymore) anyways, they will do that for after Christmas probably just to clear their store room for more inventory
