Another Choice Hotels noisy dump.
Surrounded by HUGE roads that never stop.
There are 3 Hilton Hotels in the area, if you have an extra $80.

A follow-up to my 1-star review from May. I filed a claim with the BBB about a refund. IRP failed to respond.

We stayed 5/25/24. I made a reservation approximately a month before for a king size room. I went into the office to check in at arrival and the girl at the front desk told me there were no King rooms available and basically I had no choice but to accept the Queen. I asked her what she meant and she basically stated that they were short on housekeepers and there were no King rooms clean and wouldnt be .... and your computer system was totally down... she took a picture of my ID and my credit card which I didnt appreciate... I told her I had already paid for the room online and she stated that she needed it for the deposit....
There was also no working tv in the room, probably due to the system being down, no internet, the phone was on the nightstand but there was no cord to connect it to anywhere... the girl in the front lobby gave me the Management's email I emailed them while I was sitting in my room with nothing working. I also wrote a review with the company I booked through they said they would look into it and I would hear back in 5 days.... still nothing.... these people are nothing but a scam don't give them your money and don't ever stay here. Still waiting on

Terrible. Excessive noise at 8am doing upgrades with a huge crew of guys right in front of my door. Front desk lady could care less. She was incredibly rude so much that I will never ever come back to this place again!

Arrival outside awaiting a fire alarm was going off. Smelled like weed vape coming from where it was.
On entry asked for 100.00 deposit it was declined since help desk ran it through their computer. Ran it with card at front and it worked.
Got my card with no WiFi code. Asked for it, help desk states no WiFi do to construction. Info was not upfront.
Get to room no microwave. Not mentioned. Also front area has old microwave shady. Also a one pot coffee machine. Tea with no water available.
The door in room take a while to shut, tested with my woman and anyone can bypass as a person walks off to gain entry. Also careful. The door does not close automatic, about twenty percent of doors a person can gain entry.
Signed up for three days. On my Wells Fargo account I was charged, than the money was put back like eight times, screenshot ready.
Cops are around and uncover one's. Though they work by a clock and are so tied in. If you know tic toc you can see movements.
Circle K is a whisper factor and loud with business they state the obvious in tone and treat people like dumb also some are in shock you pick up the data.
Got the shake and Bake system. Process of normal hotel with either mock set ups of trafficking. Trail to see the system on operations inside and out with undercover ops and observer on points.
Point on the undercover observe to walk or to link up by connection point on the drive establishing when other pax and or acts are in their position on the count.
Wal-Mart around the area is the normal shade. Fake bake people and ai data on the back drop dropping info to hurd the customers on what to do or not to do.
Starbucks is kool though they have no power plugs.
My origin message was deleted so this one will be a copy to paste. Back up your type.
In the am walking back a door over a person faking a phone call stated out loud that these people are not trying to hurt you and they will punch you in the mouth.
Emailed the Inn with CC of Cisa, Congress and Ice and my url was gone.
Afterwards went to circle K. On entry the worker stated out loud. Watch your mouth. I stated don't tell that customer that and curse from somewhere afterwards.
Though got the fake acts and great acts that are always in sight. The place is well kept. Under construction.
On other review I get the points and seen similar.
If you got an issue bring it up. On some points if you need room service call to schedule it. Yeah no microwaves? Upfront info about products and WiFi should be presented prior not after the fact.
Issues in the back ground are like on going in the back ground. Columbia College, Sonora, U.S. Vets, Ukiah, and Rohnert Park. People in the shade and are in the acts that others are dumb and some of these places and counties play the role well.
Additionally for these colleges and groupings in the University's are places where embedded uncover agents can participate in the back ground in these schools.

Excellent value and friendly staff. They remodeled and this hotel is in a convenient location off the 101. There are 24 hour food options and markets within walking distance. Large parking lot and clean rooms. I highly recommend and look forward going back when I’m in Rhonert Park.

Absolute nightmare, got a room that smelled like urine so they moved us to a room with no HEATER and no TV on a cold rainy night
We got to the Inn At Rohnert Park late on a cold winter night it was raining and stopped to get some rooms. Wish we never did that, check-in was fine, but once we found our room, we realized the room had a heavy odor of cat urine, so we went back to the front desk to see if they could switch our room and after waiting several minutes of hiding they switched us to room 317. by this point we were so tired once we checked if the room smelled bad we started getting ready for bed, once we noticed the room didn’t have a TV or a HEATER we were upset but to tired to move rooms again, we hope we could speak to someone in the morning
Morning comes and we are freezing, we pack up and make it down to the front office. Talk to the lady at the desk and she says she will get us a partial refund when the manager gets there. Once we made it home, I checked my bank account and they seem to have charged us the amount they were going to refund us.
So now I’m out even more MONEY and very unhappy with my entire experience
I’m sitting here, nowhere close to the hotel with no way of contacting them because their phone line is always busy.
Just stay away from this property.

Have been trying to get in touch with them for over a week to confirm my reservation. No one answers the phone, emails, or forms submitted on their website. I am traveling from the other side of the country and cannot have this uncertainty. Ridiculous for a place that does not offer refunds.

Just stayed here for the night. I was almost hesitant because of so many bad reviews but I’m guessing this place really turned things around as I believe it was recently remodeled. We had a perfect stay.
Lovely office, friendly check in. Property is well lit and plenty of parking. Seemed like a perfectly safe area. Our room was impeccably clean top to bottom.
Super comfy king bed with plenty of pillows.
Room has fridge but no microwave.
Secure, deadbolt along with two other locks.
Plenty of food places right nearby. Walking distance to casino (.5 mile).
An absolute bargain for the price. I’m actually wondering if they will be raising rates due to the remodel.
If you are looking for a place to stay for the casino, you cannot beat this place.

Cheap for a reason. Fire alarm not hooked up in room. Phone not attached to any line, it's just a prop on night stand. In fact, try calling the front desk and it doesn't go thru. Had to put on clothes and go down to front desk at 1:30am to complain about noisy neighbor that's moving a lot of items in bell cart and talking very loudly out in hallway since 11pm. Sound like they're doing renovation in middle of the night. Doubt just caffeine that's inspired them to all this activity at 1am. The money saved is not worth the sleep and sense of safety lost. Definitely not recommend this place to stay if you have kids.

Made a reservation here due to the close proximity to the Graton Casino where we were attending a concert. Upon arrival, there is no signage outside with hotel name and it is behind a Taco Bell, Burger King and gas station right next to the freeway. The staff at the front desk were not welcoming and seemed put out that you were checking in. Very few words were exchanged other than necessary information and details. Our room was in the back right next to freeway and the off ramp making the room super noisy with the addition of the man above us talking on the phone for hours. It seemed like he was yelling but the walls are so thin and not insulated, he was probably just speaking normally. The room had a bed, nightstand, desk, 1 chair and a TV on the desk. The room was clean but there were limited towels and they were like utility towels with a blue stripe on them. The closet was open with a suitcase stand, iron and ironing board. There was no coffee in the room and the coffee in the lobby was burnt from sitting on the burner too long. Last time we'll stay at this hotel.
