“Sometimes just walking in the door, you know things are going to be great. That happened at Tractor Supply this evening. I walked in and was treated with, "Welcome in!" I asked for dog leashes. "Right this way!" said Bill P. Off we went to the pet section. Bill is the kind of employee who can get along with anyone. He can judge immediately whether a person can take a little kidding and fun. He was perfect. My purchase went smoothly (and it was less than I thought) and everyone was so polite and helpful. That is my favorite store!”

What really stood out is that went out of his way each time to make sure we got what we were looking for. He didn't just point us in the right direction of a part. He made our task, his task. He was also knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and friendly. But it really stood out that he went the extra mile and invested himself in making sure our project, whatever it was, was a success.
