Customer service is respectful and friendly. The products are good. The Grocery Outlets has a small variety of useful things for the home as well as food that we hardly found in some stores. In my opinion, I could see this little detail when I was here.

Like store. Good deals. CHECK EXPIRATION DATES!!! Some checkers just down-right VERY RUDE!!! Kind of ruined the whole experience. There's just no excuse for that kind of behavior. Seems like managment should be aware People that were available for questions while walking around the aisles were very nice. Will report rude employees in the future.
Just read review about employee questioning a customer about his service dog. Shame on this store!!! Just outrageous!!!

i used to like shopping there but this young girl working there came on to me and i wasnt keen then the next time i got my eggs home they had all been broken, my milk had lumps in it and my kettle chips had all been crushed up
when i opened my beer it was a champagne bottle

I have yet to go wrong getting produce here. It doesn’t last as long but that’s ok cause it’s good and inexpensive. Just make sure you eat it soon!!!

Love Grocery Outlet in RP. The owner is a really good guy, does lots for the community, treats his people well. Employees are always helpful and happy
Always good priced, good fresh fruit and veggies selection. The store is always clean, I really appreciate that.
If you shop here you will not be disappointed.

Didn't have the WOW! factor you come to love and respect when shopping Grocery Outlet. I didn't find any crazy deals on something I needed or wanted to try in any department- and believe me, I know how to grocery shop. Sure, you can save money here but I need the treasure hunt, the crazy great deal on steaks, Oui yogurt or Clorox wipes. And the organization seems off. An older gentlemen who is either borderline homeless or an eccentric Oxford-educated mathematician nodded wisely when I complained aloud, "Where's the corned beef for St. Paddy's?" and said, "This store needs geometry. Geometry. It doesn't make sense." I think he's onto something. At least the staff was very nice. They tried and did find my corned beef, thank you.

Well a little different than the other stores it as a complete class front facade. You walk in and out on the sides of the store. As just about everything you need they have frozen food section vegetables cosmetics a little bit of housewares not much. It's just a nice convenience store that You can go in prices are fair if you watch the sales and markdowns You can make some good deals. Cashiers are always nice friendly keep you that more of a community feel You feel like you want to let your hardworking money go to the store because we're good for the community and good people

Sad that the owner of this store would opt to put self checkout lanes in instead of offering a higher wage to get people to apply for work. I support companies who pay a living wage and offer health benefits and boycott those who don't. Needless to say this store will not be getting my business anymore and will tell others not to shop here either until they're ready to pay a decent wage and offer health benefits. These corporate businesses who put greed over humanity need to learn that they will loose far more for not supporting our communities then they end up paying out for their employees. Stand strong and united against this type of behavior
