I was visiting Rohnert Park happen to shop at Graton market. I picked up two $2-$3 things along with a bag of chips.At the check out counter I returned the bag of ships since it was around $10. The lady at the counter said she cancelled the chips from the order. I didn't check the receipt at that time. When the credit card transaction showed a bill for $17 dollars I realized the lady has not cancelled the amount for chips. I've disputed the transaction now. Hope the store owner acknowledges the mistake and refund my money back.

Do not go here. This lady is shady as all heck. She will slip in extra charges and nothing is marked right. I bought some various snacks that should have been around $25. Everything was marked up and total came to $52. I said "52, why so much" she said "customer waiting behind you" so I ran card and asked for receipt she said she didn't have printer. When I got back to car my gf said that she thinks she is always over charged and stopped going there. We stopped going there for a few months. I got food at Popeyes and I decided to go get a six pack that was labeled 9.99. It came up as 12.99 on register. She said "old price" hit button, added 1.80 cent charge, then hit button and tax was added. Tax was about $1.35 or so and total came to over $16. I asked what the $1.80 charge was and she said CRV. CRV is 5 cents a can not 30 cents. This place is Shady she will smile in your face and steal from you. Horrible place. You might not think a few dollars is much but doing this 100 times a day is making her profit hundreds per day robbing you. If you dont pay attention she will double charge you. Stay Away !

I go here Mon-Fri at least once a day. I LOVE this place! Honey and her family always take such good care of me! I feel welcomed everytime I come in. Love yall! ❤

Graton Market should get ZERO stars from me! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I went in today for the first time, just to get ice and some drinks for our landscaper. I noticed that the lady charged me twice for a bag of ice. I picked up a few other things and the total $53.76. I took my items to my car and went back in to let her know I was overcharged. All of the items are listed on your receipt as "custom item". She charged me $7.99 for a single can of sparkling cider drink. $4.99 for the bag of ice and charged for two ($9.98). She said the $2.00 "custom item", was a CSV charge, for the water. She denied that she made a mistake, nor did she explain the charges. She just said "no I didn't charge you more. After a few minutes of going nowhere with the conversation, I left. I will never return and I will make sure to share my experience with family and friends. I will also be following up with the Better Business Bureau. STAY FAR AWAY from this establishment. It won't be long before a "going out of business" sale, will be happening. TERRIBLE customer service and they are scamming residents of Rohnert Park, for every cent they take. Shame on you Graton Market.

Called from out of country to order a gift for family who lives there to pick up. The staff I spoke to was incredibly accommodating and helpful with this unusual request. Great service and trustworthy.

Called to make an inquiry about their selection and the person who answered put me on hold to "help another customer". Turns out, while on hold, I could hear his entire conversation while he made a personal call to not one but two different people and said some inappropriate things. Finally hung up after almost 10 minutes on hold. Find a new cashier.
