Hotel with great front desk service and a very large first floor with a surprising amount of things considering it's not a luxury hotel. The pool table was my favorite amenity. There is also a gym but I didn't check it out.

I do not recommend staying here at this location. I have been to many other locations and I have never experienced such horrible customer service. The security guards were very young and rude and unprofessional. The lady that was at the front desk was looking our reservation up incorrectly and would not help us. She decided to rudely stop searching for our reservation and offered to help all of the customers that were standing in line behind me and my husband. When I mentioned this to the representative she gave me attitude. I asked to speak to an on-site manager on duty and I asked for a card and the security guard said they don’t know the manager’s information. I asked again for the general managers card and the security guard finally gave me one. I will never come back to this hotel again. Graton is much nicer. Graton gave us nice customer service they found our reservation easily and they even offered us a complimentary breakfast for the poor experience we just had at the double tree it shows they appreciate the loyalty of their customers. Go to Graton for your stays they won’t disappoint. Also upon recently staying at the doubletree I noticed the place being very run down and it is not like it used to be. My family has been Rohnert park community members for 70 years and have never seen such poor service. The manager Steven is also not helpful and wanted to argue with me upon calling the next day they said that they don’t take complaints and I asked to speak to Brian and I asked for his email so that I could email him a full video of the situation. Steven was rude and short and told me that I was being verbally abusive which is untrue. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will make people aware to avoid this happening to them.

This DoubleTree has a wonderful Sunday brunch, that includes a mimosa for $25. The brunch has a nice variety, and everything was delicious. Great service too. Beautiful hotel. Easy to access location off the 101.

No TP or soap in the room. overpriced parking and theft is an issue. Staff at the bar/restaurant were friendly and the food was good. cant really say the same for the hotel staff. Grounds are maintained well and the outdoor/pool area was clean.

Well located off of 101 and close to some convenient places to eat and drink. There is a coffee shop nearby with a shirt stroll along the golf course. The welcome at the front desk was good and the lobby was clean with a place to buy snacks and cold drinks.Room service is delivered in takeout style bags, which doesn't match the prices with 22% added service charge. If you ate going to charge prices for in room dining, it should reflect it with actual dishes and cutlery. I have no issue with uber eats style delivery, but the price should reflect it.Overall, the room was large and clean, but the AC struggled to keep the room cool and the water pressure in the shower was disappointing.Overall, I would not completely avoid this hotel, but it would not be my first choice given the price range and overall value.

$400 per night suite was absolutely filthy. Dark stains ALL over the couch and chairs, we had to put towels down. The carpet was sticky and we wore shoes during the entire stay. No microwave. The legs of the coffee tables were smeared with something that might been BBQ sauce. No maid service unless you call for it 24 hours in advance which is absurd for the price. The other hotel goers were a bit odd. I have a feeling this hotel is a favorite of locals hoping to get wasted on the weekends which would be fine if the walls weren’t paper thin. The hallways smelled strongly of herbs and burnt popcorn through out the weekend. Staff were lovely but clearly there aren’t enough of them or they’re severely underpaid, probably a combination of both.

This hotel was probably nice 30 years ago. It's pretty dated now. The lobby has a bar, restaurant, and lounge area with a pool table. There are only 2 elevators, so pick a room closer to the lobby. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear conversations and running kids. We got lucky and the other kids quieted down by 10pm. The parking charge is a bit ridiculous for a hotel nowhere near an airport. The bathrooms are pretty large though but only have 1 sink. The rooms had good air conditioning. Room 306 in the corner was nice and quiet with good access to the elevator. The ice machine is in the far corner of the building with 1 microwave per floor next to the public laundry machines. The rooms have a small fridge and a coffee machine. I'd probably stay at another newer hotel for the same rate next time.

The hotel was exceptional in all ways. Spotlessly clean and in top rate condition. Team members provided fantastic service. My expectations were exceeded. Will definitely return for future visits. One of the best Doubletree properties I've ever stayed at!

I can't believe how horrible this place was and they get to use the Doubletree name. We stayed in a $400 a night sweet but you have to use a microwave in the laundry room. The tiles are coming off the floor in the bathroom, there is black mold. The list goes on and on. Stay at the motel six would be better

I typically like Doubletrees, but was unimpressed with this hotel. The rooms were very dated, drab, bug-filled, and not very well cleaned. There was a strong weed smell in the elevator throughout our stay. The nighttime front desk attendant wasn't particularly friendly - though to her credit, she did appear to be running the entire operation on her own, and was probably overworked. The parking fee was steep for a location in the suburbs. Their breakfast was decent but expensive. The gym was very small for a Doubletree and only had the most basic weight set.This place is certainly passable, but I'm sure there are better hotel choices in the area.

Clean and quiet rooms, but housekeeping is by request only and very slow. 2 hours to get pool towels. Multiple requests for room towels. Shower lever didn't really work.Limited menu items at the restaurant and bar.Pickle ball was free and fun.

I am traveling with a sick family member and needed an earlier check in. I called and verified and messaged and verified. The whole reason to book here was I needed the room a couple early for ease and comfort. Steven, the front desk was rude and I was turned away and told to come back at 4pm, mind you this was already 3pm. I was not provided any assistance to help with luggage. I have Hilton gold and usually even when rooms not ready, they can check you in and start the process and make you comfortable. Very unaccommodating. Unacceptable.

It looks nice. Once upon a time they put in the work to make a nice hotel but they have not taken the time or effort to upkeep it. No microwaves in the rooms, and the public ones are the smallest variety possible on an old stained table. The wifi has (measured) 1.3mbps. The shower splashes on my waist and it is as high as it can go. This place has great bones but I believe the owners have exchanged customer service and upkeep for subpar cost cutting measures. If you want luxury then look elsewhere. Too bad really cause there is lots of evidence they really did once care.Rooms: Average as any with less amenities than ususal.Nearby activities: Pretty cool stuff in the area.Safety: Niiiiice
