“Jesse could not have been more helpful, honest, and competitive in pricing. We purchased a beautiful couch and am looking forward to working in the future with Jesse and Northbay furniture.”
“How does one objectively rate a chain store? I mean, aren't all Big Lots the same? Sure, I'm sure the Big Lots in City X is probably similar to the Big Lots in Rohnert Park. What sets stores apart for me is customer service.
It is a rare occurrence that I walk out of Big Lots dissatisfied. The selection of items can be a bit scatter-shot (best to go in with a vague idea of what you want), but the sales and the customer service is above reproach. Where Wal-Mart is happy to leave 2 aisles open with 74 people in line, Big Lots keeps that line moving. I think I was in a Big Lots line that had 6 people in it once, but it was Christmas and it was a sale.
Overall, the Big Lots on RPX has some great people working there. Be patient with them, be kind to them, and they will repay that back with top notch customer service.”
“Rohnert Park's busiest crossroads, RPX & Hwy-101 .
With $1.25 new items you use almost every week.... local millionaires with shinny sport cars shop here.
Liked the delivery truck too.”
“Fast and friendly service, made a quick stop for salad dressing ☺️.
Guess I want at the right time I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Didn't feel like going into a big box store for just one thing.”
“Customer service is respectful and friendly. The products are good. The Grocery Outlets has a small variety of useful things for the home as well as food that we hardly found in some stores. In my opinion, I could see this little detail when I was here.”
