One guy at the counter. He goes on lunch and no one covers for him. We have to wait until he comes back. People deserve breaks but Costco should have coverage.

Costco Rohnert Park has terrible service in the optical department! Understaffed and totally unacceptable!

Better of the two options and easier to navigate both interior and exterior. If I were to choose between here and Santa Rosa Ave I would choose here. Staff even seem less stressed by their workplace and workload in comparison.
