The bakery is good but if you’re not claustrophobic as lots of people are shoulder to shoulder. Sometimes it’s hard to hear your order number called but it looks like they are remodeling it or improving it as a whole. Food is great. I always grab a snack when I’m there.
Vegetarian options: You can ask them to not have chicken in the chicken Caesar salad. Besides that not much vegan options.
Wheelchair accessibility: Next to the exit and entrance of cosco with tables available for those in wheel chairs.

Worst Costco experience ever. I am a new member and this was my first trip to Costco with my own membership. I was very excited but quickly was disappointed. I went to use the restroom and my boyfriend also had to go so he brought the cart to the outside of the restrooms. It was just one second until we switched and as I was taking the cart back to the correct side I was rudely spoken to by an employee. Who clearly was in a bad mood rudely waving me by and very clearly said "you're not even supposed to fucking be over here." I let her know that why I was moving. I have never been cussed at as I shopped at a store. I clearly was not trying to be on the wrong side and do not feel like it was necessary to be spoken to with such disrespect. She was middle age white woman in a black sweater and I hope that this does not happen again. I know that this seems like a small incident but it made me very uncomfortable and I quickly left. It was not how I expected my very first Costco trip would go and I will not be shopping at this location. People should be mindful of how they treat one another and if you are unhappy you should now work in customer service. I don't believe she is a good representative of this company.

It was about 1/2 before the tire shop closed and I stopped because my tire pressure light went on. I called first and they sa8d I coukd stop by, but when I arrived, the short motorcycle looking guy with the long beard was so extremely rude. It was obvious he wanted to go home, and told me to just put my spare tire on. Problem is, the brand new CRVs do not come with a spate, and all I needed was air, so I asked if he coukd kindly help or show me how to do it. He begrudgingly put air in, but also proceeded to tell me how stupid I was in a round about way. It is unfortunate that this person works with the public, especially since costco usually provides excellent customer service. This guy needs a jib where he won't interact with the public in any way

Beware using costco travel. We've been a customer for 20+ Ysrs but we have never seen such onerous change fees. The 100% cancellation for modifacation fees is actually a doubling of the booking fee plus all other change fees.

For the pharmacy: horribly rude and patronizing to chronically ill people. I've never been treated so rudely and I've had this horrible disease since I was 12. Rite-Aid is much better and they have souls.

Managed to have a tire failure from a pot hole on our way home and didn't want to push things on the donut. Stopped at the RP Costco. I also had some concerns about any damage to the wheel, itself. Will at the tire desk was terrific. He understood our situation, checked the wheel but, unfortunately, did not have the tire size we needed. He checked the Novato store for us which was on our way and they had it. They have a lot of bays and Costco is fortunate to have Will managing things. Highly recommend this location. Bob in Livermore

I Purchased, my dishwasher costco.com, supposed to come in for installation and the parts Upon being contacted by master pros, who is a horrible company do not let them into your home, they have no respect and very poor workmanship They refused to use my brand new air gap, they told me that they had to use theirs for their insurance, at $100, they just use cheap generic Contractor air gabs would you could buy for about $10 and takes less than five minutes start to finish to install Contacted Costco regarding this and had been up talking to 5-6 different people and finally got an answer that they support their installer company doing this Now I am paying somebody to reinstall the dishwasher correctly I strongly recommend not to use any installation from Costco Costco does not care about price gouging, and they give you the runaround I will never buy from costco.com for anything that they are offering to be installed ever again And you can usually find the item in the store for less money than what you can get from costco.com, yes, free shipping, but they jack the price up to cover the cost of the shipping

Well regulated and well positioned Gas Station. It's very convenient to fuel up here since this gas station is mostly not very busy. Whenever we are at Rohnert Park to watch a movie, dine out or do grocery shopping, we fill up the gas here. I recommend to you to try the place.

Went in to grab a few items and was confronted that my finances name is on the card.Ironically I am the one whom pays the membership. A flamboyant skinny Caucasian man was at the self checkout chatting with another man. I wish I new this guys name, he was unhappy to be there and yelled "I need a 99" which is a code if someone does not have a card.I know people aren't paid what they should be, and it's hard to find good staff. Don't sink to the level of hiring jerks that aren't good with people or happy to be there.I'll get his name and edit this post at a later date. I fully understand people use others cards to get in maybe without payment. Maybe I was not dressed well enough for wholesale goods that he decided to check my card. Odd that the dude he was flirting with in front of me did not get his card checked.Lookout for the card nazi.

Can't beat Costco, whether you are there for the delicious pizza and hotdogs or the overbuying extravaganza. I personally love Costco and they are the absolute best when you have something that you are either not satisfied with or has broken. Their customer service is way above par and one of the best business models that I have ever seen. Move stuff around, make people search for something they just got last week, but is in a different spot and even as the cart grows all of the customers have a smile on their face. All Costco's are different and they all have many similarities. If you can't find something at the Costco you are at that doesn't mean that the Costco in the next city won't have it. Like I said, Costco is fantastic and without it I would never be able to get my 25 pound bag of sugar. Lol

Super Duper disappointed that every time I go to Costco now the chickens that they are putting out are tiny barely enough to feed two people let alone a family. Assuming this is their ploy, to get people to buy multiple rotisserie chickens, which they can't even keep up with since they are in such high demand most of the time. I will not be eating any more food from Costco or shopping at Costco and I will be canceling my membership as soon as possible. I pay a membership so I can get gas and rotisserie chickens and that is about all I use Costco for so what would be the point of even keeping a membership and giving them my money?

This store doesn't have my favorite vegetarian stuff. I have to go to another store if I want basic things like, Morningstar veggie sausage, Kirkland cheese pizza, cheese sticks, poppers, lettuce, etc... This store doesn't have things that other Costco's have shocked they don't keep the Kirkland frozen cheese pizza in stock. If I am near another one I will stock up there.

Bought a strawberry sundae. There were a few strawberries on the bottom of the cup and the rest was simply vanilla ice cream. I asked for a few strawberries. She took the "sundae", tossed it in the trash and proceeded to make another. Low and behold, there were no strawberries in the container so she had to get a re-supply. She literally put a scoop of strawberries in the cup, swooshed them around and then dumped them back into the source container . She then fill the cup with ice cream and put two strawberries on top. It was way worse than the first one. Come on Costco food court...you can do better than that

What more could you ask for in a store.Clothing great local cheeses, I mean what a blessing to have all of this at my fingertips.
