I took my daughter here with her school. I want to give a big shot out to Nathan the manager. He doesn’t look like he’s older than his early 20’s. When my 30 year old skate wheels disintegrated on the rink he was able to explain to me in a few sentences the sizing and hardness ratings for the wheels while helping a couple other folks. He was DJ’ing, managing the food court, rental desk and pro shop, all while exuding a competence that seems all too rare these days. Gotta give a shot out for professionalism when I see it.

Had a chance to visit this rink over the past weekend, such a well maintained facility. Employees were friendly and professional. I got a chance to meet & interact with the owner, such a great guy. i would highly recommend this rink to families and all level skaters. The LED starburst is an awesome feature and the rink will be installing a new wooden floor soon, they have a preview up at the front counter. Most definitely will be back!!

This rink is very updated maybe so much I didn't know how to use the arcade. Anyway my niece had her birthday party there and it was a load of fun. I finally got myself a pair of skates and skate/ walker all over the place! If you don't know what S/W is it is a good thing! Stay forever young! I change my 3star to 4*

Fun place to take kids on a cold day. They have a snack bar and fun misic. They also give lessons. Staff is great!

So much nostalgia hits me every time I visit Cal Skate. Countless childhood birthday parties of mine and memories have been made here. These days I visit Cal Skate as mother myself, bringing my 9 year old son who enjoys skating just as much as I did as a child. Sometimes I'll be a seated spectator watching my kid from the sidelines like my mom used to do. Most times however, I choose the funner option and allow myself to be to be a kid again, skating side by side and racing my son! Lol. Cal Skate is a Sonoma County staple for all families. So much fun for all ages and magically nostalgic for those of us raised in Sonoma County.

Love calskate! So glad we still have one roller rink left! Growing up we also had star skate which was my second home growing up and it's now a church so we are very grateful to still have somewhere to skate. Good is reasonably priced. Entry cost is still reasonable. 15 to get in 5 to rent skates if needed. Great for parties, birthdays old and young, lessons, and they also have adult nights Sundays and Tuesdays.

This rink smelled and looked like my childhood!What a great atmosphere filled with neon lights and fantastic music to skate to!The rink floor was recently resurfaced and smoooooth! For that alone, I would definitely recommend any skater to come check it out!I enjoyed the adult night here and everyone that attended was so friendly. It was fun exchanging skate variations and moves together and just having a good time!I would definitely come back to this rink again!

I’ve been here a great many times and I always enjoy it. It’s a great place to go with your friends for a day of fun skating and good music. My only downside to it is the food and drinks, they only use styrofoam cups and it’s just reheated food which isn’t really good. So overall it’s a very fun place to go with friends and family, they also host birthday parties although I haven’t ever been to one here. Great place to spend your day and they also offer 10 hour skate sessions on saturdays!!!

If you or your little one feels a little insecure about roller skating (or inline skating!) they have these neat walkers-on-wheels to support you while you awkwardly try do loops around the rink, very nice!
