I recently had my truck towed in on a Friday morning and the shop was able to diagnose as a faulty fuel pump and completed the repair by the following Monday. Desiree has great customer service and is very friendly. The technicians are quick and efficient. The vehicle inspection was also very thorough and helped me prioritized due maintenance. Thank you!

Honest,fair and complete the car when promised. I will be back! The garage is clean and the mechanics are knowledgeable! I discovered Bowens about two years ago. My Mazda 5 was in desperate need of repairs. I had previously gone to another mechanic, that was unable to diagnose or fix my car. I went to Bowens on two separate occasions, one to get three motor mounts replaced. My second time was to get my suspension completely redone, along with an alignment, oil change, and rear brake change.
The costs are fine. What I enjoy most is the communication between myself and Bowens. I also appreciate their flexibility in getting me in soon to get these problems taken care of.

I regret ever taking my car into this shop. It was massively overpriced and definitely not friendly. 2 weeks later my check engine light and sensor lights for my tires came on. I took it elsewhere and the mechanic at the other shop re did all the work they had done it was better quality for a fraction of the price.

Had service done mid December 2023 for general oil change and tire pressure sensor, as I was going on a Road trip. They upsold me some new shocks, I knew it needed to get done anyway so I said go for it. It came out to be somewhere around $1800 for the job.
I went to pick it up and turns out the smashed my spare tire cover. They said they’d remedy it, its now 2/8/24 and I’m still having to play phone tag.
You’d think after a $1800 job they would just reimburse me for the damage they’d done.

I have been going to Bowen's for years, for work on my cars that is beyond what I can do myself. Recently after a parking lot sideswipe, the car needed work on the front end to correct a wheel misalignment. The body-and-paint shop doesn't do that kind of work themselves, but one shop doing business under a "big auto club name" did an estimate; it turned out that not only did they misdiagnose the problem, they gave up on the wheel alignment due to a "seized tie rod" and said more parts would be necessary. Since I was already a prior customer at Bowen's, once the dents and scrapes were fixed and the paintwork done, I went to Bowen's which found the real problem, a loose, damaged wheel hub, which could have been dangerous had it been left alone. Bowen's fixed that, and then addressed the issue that the first shop had given up on. By trying harder, Bowen's was able to make the realignment possible; the tie rod was fine and the alignment done without the added parts.
I trust Travis Bowen and his staff.

This was my second time getting repairs done at Bowens and they're always so great. After getting overcharged for poor work at other shops Bowens is always my go to. They're able to quickly get me in, honest with quotes and what is absolutely necessary versus what I can hold off on for now if needed, work is done quickly and efficiently. I had my water pump replaced there last year, and just recently got my cam shaft sensor replaced. Car has been working perfectly and the staff it so nice! Even called a few days after to make sure I wasn't having any issues :)

I called and scheduled for them to look at my car and when I arrived on time, there was no one at the front desk. I continued to wait for 25 minutes as a guy mopped and occasionally looked up at me. Wasted my time

Amazing customer service. Kat took such great care of us. Military family traveling cross country and needed an oil change. Clean, friendly, and quick. They will definitely be servicing all of our cars from now on!
