Brought my car here for a brake inspection and to fix a loose fuel line. These guys were so nice. They took a quick look right away then scheduled repairs for the next day. They charged me a nominal fee for service, $50 for a break inspection, $60 to anchor the fuel line. The Nissan dealerships in Santa Rosa and Petaluma wouldn't even look at it unless I paid them $200 for a diagnostic FIRST. This is a used car that we bought for my son, and we just wanted to make sure that the brakes were safe, and we knew that the fuel line just needed a gasket or a bolt. We truly felt like the dealerships just want to rip you off. You get good honest service here, nobody trying to up charge you, fast service, responsive, professional, and incredibly nice. Kinda restores my faith in humanity. I won't be going anyplace else in the future for auto repairs, now that I've found a place I can actually trust. Big thanks to Tom especially, who took the time to listen to my concerns and look at my car on the spot.

I've been going there for years when it was Big O Tires. They are honest work great. Fair prices. They don't rip you off or try to fix something if it's not broken. We bring 4 cars to them.

That lost 'em a review star.
