Very poor experience. Long line one guy at a desk another guy standing watching the assistant bank manager work the line not offering to help. When I got to the clerk she said there was no record of account. I then asked for manager she stated she was assistant.I started to reach out to maker of check then lo and behold she researched further to find out there was an account for the maker of the check.Very poor service.Do not bank here.

The first thing B- mo did when the change over took place was charge my account $10. Nice way of saying glad you decided to bank with us.

If I could give them less than one star I would. I just sat on the phone for 70 minutes to get a password worked out. I had to have them print out a year of bank statements and they charged me 60.00. I have been a bank customer for over 30 years ti boot. I had closed my account last month so couldn't get my statements online. Stay away from this bank at all costs. They nickel and dime you for everything.

So glad I cancelled my account...oh wait it's still active? I went into the bank and requested to cancel my account with a teller , they gave me checks for my account balances and said my account was closed. Months later I receive letters in the mail saying my account was overdrawn. Turns out they never actually closed my account and it was just racking up 10$ service fees monthly. Hate Bank of the west! and I've been there for the past 18 years! Horrible service!!!!!

This Bank of the West was among the Best of the Best! Even thought because of Covid and being short staffed, the tellers went out of there way to care for my personal needs. Many times in banks there can be many employees at desk, one teller, and a long line of customers. At this Bank of the West any time there was someone in line another teller would show up from a desk to care for them. In addition I received guidance as to how solve my situation by using a neighboring bank in addition to Bank of the West. I was cared for in an "Old School" true customer service way.

I haven't banked here in 20+ years but my husband still has 2 accounts there. For the past few months (I don't know 4-6 months give or take) everytime we've gone to the ATM there's been a Turkey there (YES! A Turkey without fail he'd be there!!) He was always there by himself. Me being me I'd always find something in my car to feed him (bread, chips, etc). Sometimes I'd go just to check on Mr. Turkey & give him a snack.I was so upset/sad/ heartbroken When I went late Monday night/early Tuesday morning & Mr. Turkey wasn't there :(Does anyone know what happened to him?

Michelle helped me over the phone. I had called the main line to close an account since I moved out of state. No one else would help me. They even charged me service fees for not using what I thought was an already closed account. I had called the main number months before to close it and they assured me it was closed. I called this branch and Michelle helped me right away and said they would take care of it. I'll update my review but this is the branch I opened my account with in the first place and they were swift, polite, and helpful.

Really, REALLY, wish "THEY" operated on, Saturdays!#!! It'd make my life a little easier due to my work hours.Often... the weekends are the Only Time I've gots 'Extra' time to get stuff accomplished.All in all though... Its a great bank & staff is always nice & helpful.

I was trying to void a cashier's check that got lost in the mail. It takes 90 days for it to come back to the account. I just needed to void it so that I could send another one out. I was the last person in there and the cashier that was dealing with me was perfectly fine. Just as I was finishing up the paperwork. Admittedly it was past closing time, another older cashier came up and started going on about how I need to contact the mail about losing the cashier's check and how I'm not getting back the money immediately. I stopped with the paperwork after explaining I sent mailed to this person before and it had arrived in a timely fashion and it had been two weeks so far. I felt like I was being run out of the bank because it was past closing. If you don't want people in there past 4:00 p.m. put a notice on the door you're closing the doors at 3:45 p.m. Don't run your customers out or make them feel that way. Edit: This is the first time I've had issues with this bank in years.

I like this location very much. It is always empty and customer service is always super nice here. I want to say thank you to the ladies working here. They make my day all the time :) I want to review this place with a big thank you for the care you guys provide to my business and personal account. I really enjoy coming here all the time so I definitely recommend this place if you are Bank of the West customer!
