Wow my fiancé used it and they didn't post or say anything. Oh why, because the branch manager didn't want to make customers worried. Isn't it more worrisome for you to be dishonest and not tell the customers.

Costumer service is not good. One of the teller is playing tossing at her chair and both of them are so loud. Very disrespectful to the clients. Unprofessional!

They change the rules every time I go in there. Now you need to make an appointment to get an ATM card, which is ordered thru the app anyway. Such a waste of time. I would've dumped them years ago, but it's such a pain in the a** to switch banks. And it'll take a week to get the card. The DMV of banks. I'm sure they'll get bailed out again just like in '08.

Maybe one or two friendly tellers. Lady manager Demi is awful and confrontational. Covid hours are not good compared to other banks.

I cant believe these people call themself a bank the tellers are extremely rude. They look at you with anger. They don't even say hi how are you? They speak with you as if they have an attitude with you. The manager is also very unprofessional as well and behaves the same way. She does not teach her tellers how to say hello or how are you doing today? I have not ever experienced this in my life. I will not come back to this bank again terrible customer service.

Was going to write a SCATHING review but almost doesn't seem like much point due to their already terrible an belligerent reviews. Hard to put emphasis on how shitty they are when that's what everyone says anyway, however my situation may be a little unique in that they should have the cops called on them if they weren't a mega corporation that would laugh at being held accountable in the slightest. I've wasted hrs and hrs of time just for these people to reply with complete belligerence JUST TO GET IN MY F****** ACCOUNT, excuse my language but I'm literally being robbed, wont let me access my account, wont let me close my account, wont let me pay on the increasing late payment on my account, wont let me withdraw from my checking, wont let me pay on my credit-which is being f***** every minute of everyday of the last 3 MONTHS of this. These people would be arrested and incarcerated if weren't seemingly doing their job by taking my money from me. Y'all should be ashamed and remember karma is real.

busy location with rude and unfriendly tellers and bankers. BOA needs to train their staffs to be professional and have some smile while serving your customer, I guess most of their staffs at this location don't like their job:(

Last Tuesday the teller girl working in the middle was so rude. I took my grandma in to withdraw some money. I would've went to the ATM but my grandma really wanted to go inside so I took her in. We were in line for quite awhile even though there was only a few people in front of us. When it was finally our turn we went up and the teller girl didn't even greet us and just bluntly said "what do you want" which was fine but when I told her my grandma wanted to withdraw some money and check her account balance she looked super annoyed. My grandma suddenly got a phone call and the girl rolled her eyes. When my grandma checked her phone to see who it was the girl rudely told her "excuse me I need to wrap up this transaction quickly I can't be waiting for you to answer your phone" with a smug face and all. Are you kidding me?!! We've barely been there for a minute. The people before us were there for much longer yet she was smiling and being friendly with them. Yes, we could've just went to the ATM but that doesn't mean she had to give us all that attitude. When we finished up she didn't say "have a nice day" or anything. Even when my grandma thanked her she still didn't smile and looked as if she just wanted us out of her face. I don't think it was because she was having a bad day since she was kind to the people before us and brightly greeted the person after us. Whatever her problem was, she really needs to learn some proper customer service.

I have always gone to Bank of America all my life. I have had an account for over a decade. Ever since I was a kid if I had coins my mom took me to a Bank of America to get bills never a problem know questions asked. I went in to return some quarters I actually got from the bank but I had so many so I returned some. I didn't think anything of it my mom being a former employee of Bank of America employee in San Francisco always took me to a Bank or America branch and no one ever asked me for ID or anything but it was my first time returning quarters to this branch. They requested to see my debit card and ID. I was shocked and offended being other Bank of America branches have never asked me this. I rather not think it's a race issue but being that since I have moved to this town I have faced more racism than I ever have. It just felt racist to me. So, I had some quarters left and went to other branches of Bank of America in other bigger cities and no one asked me for ID when I returned coins. I don't go to this bank often but I will not be returning to the inside of the bank. A bag was labeled with my information as well. At other Banks they just give me cash and put the money away.
