I have been using ARU for years. Communication is important and ARU is great about it. Estimates up front are usually the bill when the work is done. I left a previous mechanic because it was just the opposite, always more than I expected. Dave is great about getting you in asap, often the next day. Never, not once have I had to return to have something re-repaired. That should be a given but not true of all shops. All in all, Dave is a great guy, easy to work with, fair, honest and affordable.

We've been bringing our car to Dave for a couple of years now. As a retired auto technician, I know what it takes to be good at your craft. Hands down, Dave is the best. It's a good chance whatever problem your car has he has seen it and fixed it. If it's regular maintenance you are seeking he delivers competitive prices, while not taking you for a ride. You can count on quality and honesty here. We take our car to no other. Hope this helps

I have4 vehicles Ive been taking for repairs and maintenance for the past 10 years. When Dave does the repairs, I always know the work is reliable and the vehicle is not going to beak down. Highly recommend this shop.

These people are fake.They will lie to you to get your money. Dave is a very easy soft-spoken person but will lie to your face. I brought my car there to have them put a motor, tranny and radiator in. Instead they talked me into doing all kinds of other stuff tp my car. I kept telling him I want my car done and he kept promise me a certain date. Never happened. I finally had to have my car towed out of there and take it somewhere else. His wife is very rude and very controlling. I ended up spending over $12,000 and never had my motor tranny in radiator put in. He also damaged my custom intake manifold. I turned them into B A R . David from bar told me he was going to write them up for at least three things. The Next Step was to take them to court. I am warning the public to be careful with this company and to make sure everything is in writing and do not take their word for anything. Very sneaky people.

Very very bad experience here, I would never go to the shop ever again they had my 1966 T-Bird there to do some work and they told me you would take only a month to month and a half and they had it a total of 7 months in 3 weeks in charge me over $12,000. Dave kept on playing games with me about when my car was done. In one instant when I got there one day he was working on another car and I walked up to him and told him what's going on with my car. I stated to him he's had it for months now and nothing is getting done on it he lifts his head up from underneath a truck hood and pointed to another truck and said you see that truck a motor is going to be here in 20 minutes and that motor has to be in that truck by tomorrow night that guy makes a living with that truck and then he proceeded to point out two police cars that belong to Snowmass State College and told me that those cars need to be done ASAP then he had the nerve to say I think those cars are more important than a damn toy. They talk to you really nice and when they get what they want out of you then they push you off to the side. Beware of his wife she doesn't know when to keep her mouth shut. She is very rude. You can read my write up on Yelp and I will be letting you know after I get the report from BARR and I take them to small claims court the results.

Fast and reasonable!! Matt paid attention to detail... he not only fixed the problem but took the time to find what was causing the problem and fixed that as well!!

I've got my new Honda Civic 2017 serviced here ever since I've got it. The lady at the front desk is so hospitable and I trust the service technicians whole heartedly to give me top of the line service that is affordable and safe. I refuse to go anywhere else. I don't even trust my own dealership to take care of me the way Auto Repairs Unlimited does. Thank you so much! Highly recommend car repairs here. Five stars!(:
