“I have been using ARU for years. Communication is important and ARU is great about it. Estimates up front are usually the bill when the work is done. I left a previous mechanic because it was just the opposite, always more than I expected. Dave is great about getting you in asap, often the next day. Never, not once have I had to return to have something re-repaired. That should be a given but not true of all shops. All in all, Dave is a great guy, easy to work with, fair, honest and affordable.”

“Brought my car here for a brake inspection and to fix a loose fuel line. These guys were so nice. They took a quick look right away then scheduled repairs for the next day. They charged me a nominal fee for service, $50 for a break inspection, $60 to anchor the fuel line. The Nissan dealerships in Santa Rosa and Petaluma wouldn't even look at it unless I paid them $200 for a diagnostic FIRST. This is a used car that we bought for my son, and we just wanted to make sure that the brakes were safe, and we knew that the fuel line just needed a gasket or a bolt. We truly felt like the dealerships just want to rip you off. You get good honest service here, nobody trying to up charge you, fast service, responsive, professional, and incredibly nice. Kinda restores my faith in humanity. I won't be going anyplace else in the future for auto repairs, now that I've found a place I can actually trust. Big thanks to Tom especially, who took the time to listen to my concerns and look at my car on the spot.”

“Repair was great. Only issue was when I picked up my truck the drivers side rear tire was low. Upon inspection there was a large screw in the tire that was not there when o dropped the truck off. I had to have them put air in the tire so I could drive to a tire shop to have tire repaired.”

“I just can't say enough about the expertise and knowledge of the technicians that work at the shop. I had my 1967 Chevy Caprice worked on from Vince and his crew, and was very surprised with the difference of the performance my car had when I picked it up. I was so happy that I brought in my son's 1968 barracuda to get finished with the restoration. Because I was not able to (Lack of time) and again Vince his crew are amazing. “Xander cooked me a salmon dinner while my 07 Fj Cruiser TRD PRO 4wd with the optional electronic rear locker from factory in the launch color Voodoo Blue and close to 300k miles was being serviced. I had taken it to 2 other shops for alignment and Xandar with his knowledge still guessed correctly that old blue wasn't done proper. The team here finally got her set straight, with the addition of rotating the tires.
I also asked about bringing my 83 2500 for a tune up and they have a guy for old school work too!”
