5 stars because they took care when I arrived at 5:50, 10 min before closing, with a very cooperative, friendly attitude. And they were a bit cheaper than the competition in Ukiah.

These folks are good people. They're definitely ready, willing, and able to fix your problem and get you back on the road. I'd give them more stars if possible. Don't be fooled by the other bigger name places. Americas Tire/Discount Tire is the only place to go for tires and this location is one of the best. They have never let me down. They came through for me in a big way today. Thank you again everyone.

Omg! Everyone here is so knowledgeable, professional and kind! Really a class act! Thank you to Robert who is super kind on the phone, Jorge who was very helpful and knowledgeable at the counter and a very special thanks to Walker who couldn't have been nicer! I not only hat a blow out on my tire, but whatever I ran over put a whole straight thru my wheel. Those are not cheap. Walker discussed my opinions and was so easy to work with. Not sure who the manager is here but I will reach out yo compliment them on the staff! Had my tire in stock and helped me right away so I could get to work. Thank you guys!

They got me in and out the same day without an appointment. It only took an hour to install a set of 4 tires. Plus, they come with a lifetime warranty. All of this for under $500. I highly recommend them.

I buy new tire last year, customer said warranty 60000 mile, my car tire has flat and only 30000 mile, the boss said that you need buy new tire. I have a warrant for 60000 mile. The service has change my tire, and give me used tire, I think that is ok, but the service change wrong size tire, and pick up my other side good tire. This is very bad things.

Prices are fair and I would have given another star but watched the person installing my wheels through the window of the shop and after each wheel he’d throw my wheel lock across the floor to the next tire. I know they are under pressure and need to save time and I would not have said anything until I found out this same person had time to adjust my drivers seat for the whole 20 feet he had to drive it. And when o say adjust it, he managed to pump up the lumbar support all the way.

Got a nail in my back right tire. Called them 5 min before closing, and the person i spoke to on the phone was Robert. Robert was kind enough to schedule me in for the next day at the earliest appt. Once I got to my appt the next day, it was Robert checking my vehicle in. He gave amazing customer service! They got my car in and out within 45 min. All the exmployees that work here are amazing at what they do. They truly do take care of their customers and their vehicles. This is why I only buy tires from America's Tires. They sell high quality tires, give excellent customer service and always take good care of our cars. Thank you for always giving me and my family the best experience.

I purchased tires here maybe 6 months or so ago and purchased the certificate warranty. Worth every penny! I came in and Garrett Horner was incredibly helpful, I was able to get the tired replaced for free because of their wonderful policy! Thank you Garret and americas tires.
