They require a lot of urine for drug testing. Then if you don't have enough to fill the cup they pour it out and you have to start over (not save it so you can add more urine to the same cup to make the amount required for the test).. Then if you leave the office to go outside it's a marked as a refusal. I don't think this is right to do to people.

I think my Girls at ADTS have the best drug testing team everAnd I think all you junkies out there should stop bad mouthing them and own upIt’s not ADTS fault you failed your pee test it’s your own fault

They couldn’t have made the experience better! The entire staff was incredibly courteous and concerned to help me get the forms I needed and get through the process. They even stayed late to make sure it all got done right. Absolutely fantastic!

I had to get tested for a job application, and I had a great experience here at ADTS. There was very little wait time and the staff was very friendly and courteous.

my boyfriend went here to get tested for an amazing job opportunity. he’s super clean and NEVER does drugs. they failed his test on the account that his urine sample didn’t meet their temperature requirements. they said he had to provide another sample, or they would mark him down for an automatic fail. he agreed to give another sample, and the staff provided him with some water, but cut him off after 2 small cups. he peed a second time and they refused to accept the sample again on account of low temperature. they told him he had one more chance, but denied him any more water. he tried to pee a third time, and was unable to fill up the sample cup. because of this, they failed him. overall this has been a terrible experience for him, and extremely upsetting, considering he lost his job opportunity over this mess. the people who work here are messing with peoples financials and lives, and should therefore be evaluated for shady practices.

I took my son for a drug test and he told me that the people here are not even friendly. My son is not white, they made him feel real uncomfortable and he left. He came out and I asked him if he was done? He said no, the girls are rude not friendly and he was uncomfortable. I wish I would have read the bad reviews before I took him there. Being an ER nurse I would never treat anyone so ugly. They need to find a new profession and the truck driver that owns this company needs to go back to driving truck and leave this to the real professionals.

This place does testing but for a place that refers to themselves as "Service" they are not polite most testers have attitudes that're nowhere near great service this is not a place you want to go to more than once unfortunately due to poor service and management doing nothing about my reviews have 20,000 views due to popularity

Went to ADTS in Rohnert Park for a pre-employment drug test. The staff was professional, efficient & friendly. We were very impressed.
