The guy running the counter acts likes he can't hear anything you say, and it's an act I saw him saying "what" or "huh" repeatedly to other customers. How about removing the giant piece of plexiglass so you can actually get an order correct this guy is careless and doesn't give a crap about anyone, he erroneously overbilled me for gas acting like he couldn't hear me then instead of just letting me pump the $16 I had left on my card he credited it back then couldn't rebill me leaving me stranded in the area all night well into the next day and when I brought that to his attention he acted like it wasn't his problem. Open your ears and listen dude you're in retail don't stand there and say "what" over and over you speak perfect English too so it wasn't that. This guy is a j*** plain and simple and really screwed me over with his carelessness. Never going back and will tell everyone I know to stay away.

Clerk would not allow me to use the public self sustaining machine due to the fact he mopped the floor. I clear see the floor is not wet. Industrial blower has been on for awhile. I came two different times in an hr period for two different purchases. He’s just plain rude has poor customer service skills in my opinion.

Would give them no star's if possible. Been going to this seven eleven for years though not sure why. Maybe cuz it's the only seven eleven in town and only store open late night.***BEWARE IF YOU PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD OR EBT CARD THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AN REFUSE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM! ****It appears t be standard practice to charge double on EBT and double or extra on credit cards. Not saying cash transactions are not exempt it's just not every single time. All items are taxed even none taxable food items. Them pretend to not understand English when confronted and often kick you out of the store for asking why your paying so much more than the advertisement.What they are doing is wrong. It is stealing but they have been doing this for years and haven't been held accountable. People on EBT should have access to those funds. Not to mention the theft to EBT. Those of us that pay with hard earned money don't appreciate getting ripped off either. Even watched them rip off local homeless on may occasions. Personally I am sick of there behavior and will not be returning to this store again.

The Clark at this location was rude he told us "to hurry up and leave."The hot dogs were more dog than hot.... The dice tomatoes tasted not fresh. I tried to give it to my puppy and he looked at me like why do you hate me?
