The men's locker room is taken good care of by the staff and men who use the facilities.
If the women's locker room isn't as lucky to be as clean as the men's locker room then, more women should use the trash containers instead of the floor. The Karens who cause the problem in order to provide themselves with an opportunity to complain can make a choice to use the trash barrel instead of the floor like the men do.
Men, keep up the good work!

So the zero initiation fee had me interested, I cannot begin to tell you guys how much of a joke this is...I signed up online and it's been over a week not a single soul has bothered to call me and tell me anything about anything ....when I should come in to get my scan card, where to go , or even a "welcome as a new member". Its because it's free till the 29th and then they plan to charge me $55, I bet I will receive a call on the 30th to welcome me. I tried calling and their automated message just tells me nobody is available to take my call....couldn't even leave a message.....wow ..I really don't even care anymore to go here.....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Lots of ceiling fans and plenty cool even on the hottest days. Good floor plan. Never so crowded you can’t get a single workout in.

Been a member for a few years. Moved and didn't realize my account was on auto renew. July 1st renewed, days later I tried to cancel+get a refund as I haven't even been in the gym for a long time. I was told by an associate that 24hr Fitness is such a pain to get a refund from that I should dispute it with my bank. Which I did and was denied. Now I have to deal with them. So far the associates I've spoke with have been nothing but helpful and professional but this should be a simple and professional courtesy not taking multiple phone calls to make happen nor having to involve my bank. This is a horrible business practice by this company and I will never use them again

So much praise to Will and his team for saving our yoga sanga!! We are a very large and strong community that loves yoga. Our instructor took a leave, and we were left without a leader. Way to go; to listen and respond by providing us with two "cracked- jack" yoga instructors; Meg Guth and Kathy. Splendid work, and so appreciated by this Rohnert Park yoga community. There is a significant need for yoga with our population here in Rohnert Park CA , and lots of participation. Perhaps 24 hr will consider expanding its offer of classes- both yoga and yoga relayed? Anyways, thanks so very much from our community heart. Manager, Will, is doing a fine job and should be commended.

Locker rooms are always filthy. Sauna never works. Steam room never works.
A gym isn’t a complicated business to run. I expect more.

Any 24 hour fitness that is actually open 24 hours still is 5 stars to me. 24 hour fitness gyms that close at 8pm - 11pm should change their name to Not 24 Hour Fitness.
Thank you to the last of a dying breed of 24 hour fitness' that stay open 24 hours a day!!

I'm really happy to be able to have a place to start with my fitness. In 24 Hour Fitness, there is a lot of equipment for every routine you want to work, such as chest, arms, buttocks, or abdomen. In my opinion they have good service and customer service, for example the accessibility to a trainer who guides you for each routine. It has a shower, pool, parking, steam room, etc. My experience as an amateur is great. The staff is very friendly with the customers so you can feel at home.

There is 30bikes in the bicycle room only one is working properly . I took the membership back one month ago I am very desapointed . The looker room bathroom and shower are gross . The quality of everything was much better a few years ago . If you cannot affort the service raise your price

Comparing to three other 24hrs; this place seems to not have cleaning staff. The Locker room seems never to be mopped or vacuumed, bathrooms are nasty every time. The showers smell badly of mildew. Funk level is 7/10…I think I’m too grossed out to return here, I’ll drive an extra 40 minutes to a cleaner one. If can’t see in the photo, those are body hair tumbleweeds in the locker room…I hope they hire appropriate staff soon.

Broken treadmills and weight machines are common. Cleanliness problems in the locker room, showers, and toilets. Unwelcoming class environments for newcomers. Rarely more than one staff member present to welcome guests and handle issues.

If I could give a zero I would. This gym is absolutely filthy. The front desk staff was extremely rude. Ignoring us while we’re waiting for her as she’s just casually having a conversation with others..
