Even my NY girlfriend prefered it over NY pizza she'd had all her life. When she'd come to visit Napoli pizza was the 1st thing she wanted. Followed by a SAC'S hot dog.

Jay, the owner, and other employees have always been respectful, helpful... never condescending as I'd experienced in other hardware stores which I thought was because I was female and seemingly stressed.”

Than had very informative discussion on the issues and some solution options. Dora was able to find the account and identify the brand and I could expect from the manufacturer. “Harbor Freight has come a long way from bargain-basement tools to quality tools at reasonable prices. They sell toolboxes that excel at a great price. Their torx sockets are high quality and don't distort with higher torque. I could go on... This store is a gem. They have great customer assistance, and the lines are never that bad, unlike other HF stores. The manager actually works the floor and exudes knowledge about the inventory. Employees share the attributes.”

“I came back and you can see the difference one year makes. I wanted to buy an Allen wrench set. They were locked up in a cabinet. Therefore, you need to get an employee to open it up. When I was wanting to pay for it, you need to get in a long line for the cashiers to get to you next. Things are changing to control theft and all!
The Home Depot is a great place to buy home improvement items. We found screw tops for our stained glass lamps. Shock treatment for the pool. It's so green. They have good quality items, such as, tools, electrical and pumping home construction, and so much more. A great garden department, too! Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Well worth going to!”
“Went there on a rainy windy night to pick up a bath tub half an hour before the store was closing. Super grateful for the security guard, Columbus, who went above and beyond his job duties to help us put the tub into the truck. He was so kind and thoughtful to tell me to stay under the covering so that I did not get wet in the rain. Nicest security I’ve ever encountered at Vallejo. Five star rating on his excellent customer service. ??”

“We visited on 7/10/23, looking for a length of flexible spa hose to finish setting up a hot tub in our backyard. We had already gone to one Home Depot and had issues. We located the hose in question, but wanted to buy per-foot, rather than an entire roll of hose. This was something they had a SKU for, but they didn't have 8 feet of loose tubing for us. Eventually, we took the roll up to check out and explained the situation to Sylvia. Other places might insist that we buy the entire roll. Instead, she stuck with us, and found Jose, who could do the cutting we needed.Thank you to Sylvia and Jose for going above and beyond in order to make it work. It took a little while to get the right people, but they didn't abandon us, and they made sure to keep with it until we had resolution.”

And we don't tend to worry about our cars being parked in their lot.
The only thing I don't like is the self check out.
Fact is it takes longer to check ourselves out and there's still a employee who helps and watches over everyone, when the employee could have taken care of everyone much faster as a cashier. I also believe that at some point these businesses who are doing self checkout are going to find more of a loss than the usuals and a waste and loss installing and paying for all the self checkout machines. I guess we'll see.”

“I was happy that they had my favorite ZEP product in stock however the light bulb we went to buy weren't in stock. I did score some Arm & Hammer baking soda for $1/box. Self-checkout was interesting but a good trip to the store.”
“The sweet lady with the glasses is always super helpful and kind. I was buying fabric there last week and the computer was having issues so it took some time to get me rung up. She discounted my items and if it wasn't for her customer service I would have not returned to shop there”
