So I have given these guys a shot so many times, I really really really, wish I could say the experience was on par with what the rest of the reviews say. At a certain point you got to call an ugly baby an "Ugly" baby. From dog care to dollar sign. Miniscule items, I almost feel as though I'm a payment for this clinic versus a patient. The tiffs started small - out patient versus in patient and then gradually grew to a point of concern. At a certain point if you misdiagnosed and mis medicate 3 times over a 6 month period and continue down the same rhetoric I have to question if this is for the care of my animal or the vanity of the professional giving the advice? I can get behind trial and error ,but to charge "outpatient" for something we are constantly trying to diagnose and to continusouly give add ons in the billing it causes concern. It could all be delivery but if it does come down to delivery then change the operation or flow inwhich you deliver the news and resilts. If i get a bill that states 1.1k every two months and its not until i ask line by line that I find out some of these items are non needed or items that have "out patient vs in patient" charges my question is who decides outpatient versus in patient? The vet? Ive gone to you for months on a regularly basis and they went through each visit to tell me that the deffinition is "in patient meet on a monthly basis" okay checks my records - 4 visits 4 months and then im told oh well one of these was a "walk in" like yes we missed an appointemnt and rescheduled. So now that means you charge a premium over the top? I get needing to keep the doors open but as we went through this bill line for line with a lense of "whats best for my family memeber" i got the impression it was more "heres an added service we do to take on the bill. " The doctor would make a hell of salesmen becouse who knows how to slip in the "added services" but with that said I am not buying a car or buying an insurance plan, nor am i asking a rep from the newest tech to give me the newest and greatest. I am looking for a home for my animal friend who has issues an d will need services for the rest of his little life. It gets to a point of when is enough, enough? If I were to go to a doctor and everytime we talk it's the same test and the same two meds but my charges are different and we are getting no results. Wouldn't it be time to request a new doctor?Well with that said, I hope the best to willowrock but I should of listened to my wife months ago when she told me she felt like $$ sign at this place. Today the doctor and I agreed that we are not in sync with each other and we will be seeking a new location to take care of our family member "Darrio"No ill will but I do hope the leadership here understands where I am coming from and hopefully adjust to avoid these feelings with their future clients. Again we are here purchasing services and when those services leave you feeling used it's time to say adios.

Dr Cabrera is one of the best veterinarians I’ve found. We’ve been patients of his for almost 15 years. I have literally followed him around throughout his career because of the quality care, thoroughness, attentiveness and compassion he has continually shown for my fur babies! I can only speak from my personal experience. He genuinely treats my babies as if they were his own!

WORST VET- I would give this place a zero stars if I could. I came here for years when Bruce was the vet and brought in my dog to the new vet and they practically robbed me.I took my dog to a different vet less than 4 months ago to get her caught up on his shots and this vet decided to tell me he needed $300 worth of vaccines to catch him up.It ended up being $400 for an appointment that I had scheduled to see if my dog had allergies….I would go to any other vet before this one. Do not come here!!!!

Come here if you want to get robbed-Ridiculous amount of procedures are offered just to get your moneyMy healthy dog came in and they tried to work me up to paying $900Do not come here if you like your money. And no I won’t be coming in for the $282 follow up visit in two weeks. Thanks.

Dr. Cabrera was amazing and I was so happy he was able to squeeze us in and get my Lucy fixed. The entire staff was friendly and doctors were so informative. Definitely my new go-to place.

The Vet Tech Michelle was awesome! She was so sweet and patient with my pup. My girl is only 3 months old so she's very hyper and hard to keep in one place. The exam was quick and painless. I'll definitely be bringing my other two pets here. Wonderful staff and the facility was super clean and welcoming!

Great and friendly place. My first experience with this clinic I booked an appointment over the phone for both my cat and my dog, but I missed my appointment. They weren’t mad or spiteful towards me in anyway which was nice. I was able to book another appointment easily for the next day. The doctor was very informative and seemed to know his stuff and was honest. The Vet technician, I believe her name was Ness, took her time making sure I understood everything and treated my animals with care.I’ve continued to take my companions only to this clinic(I live in Sacramento) and always feel like it was worth the drive knowing their in safe hands.

Dr Cabrera has been my vet for over ten years. He listens to you and is great with your pet. I love willow creek Pet Hospital and all the staff there. When you call, you can get your pet in. They are kind and careful with your fur babies , no matter the species. Dr. Cabrera is also great with parrots. I highly recommend this practice

Willow Rock Pet Hospital is the best! We recently moved into the area and Willow Rock was highly recommended. Dr. Dial was spot on with the issues pertaining to our cat and Dr. Garvin was awesome with our aging (and slightly overweight) dogs. We have a special shout out for Kimi the vet tech, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle with our pets. I highly recommend them!

I have been a client of Dr Cabrera for many years and several dogs. I have always followed him to wherever he is and drive almost an hour just to come here. I love that he and his team are no pressure and explain everything in a way I can understand. I especially love Stacey Z. She once emailed me photos of my fur baby after surgery getting cuddles to ease my anxiety. The care is customized to my pets needs and is not one size fits all. Best Veterinarian and staff around. I wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else.

The folks at Willow Rock provide VERY friendly care. We commute to bring our three dogs here because Dr. Cabrera, Stacey and the rest of the team are the best in the business. I especially appreciate Stacey and Dr. Cabrera taking the time to answer all of our countless questions and explain everything. Our dogs love this place and the friendly staff too.

This was previously a 5 star rating as I have been going here for over 15 years, but if you were hoping to get the same care for you babies from the new owners, you're sadly mistaken I know I was when I took mine in when she was sick. They only showed me the most expensive care and presured me when I spoke about budget concerns, their only suggestion was getting a credit card for vet visits. I ended up going to a different vet and they helped me figure out a care plan for her that she needed, and I could afford. I'm sad to see the best vet I've ever been to be down graded this way. I'm sorry, but this was my experience.

Read the newest reviews….a pure honest explanation of how this vet is going down hill. ? If the staff showed a little more respect to pet owners maybe they’d be able to get away with their sales tactics. Honestly better off going to any VCA hospital who are known for being over priced. They at least keep you fully informed.
