I went in with the intention of buying several specific things from the pro shop and checking out a boat but I wanted to ask some questions first. I was ignored by the staff in the pro shop for 15 mins while looking through the ski section. I went over to the boat dealership side and had the same problem. One admin from the back asked if I had questions and I said yes but that I’d been ignored. She said sorry about that and walked away. I was carrying my 1 year old daughter this whole time and would have appreciated some basic customer service. I will not be going back there to purchase anything.

I was a little hesitant at first, but at the end of the day I am very satisfied with my order and customer service experience. I live in Canada, and had a difficult time tracking down a big & tall life jacket. I read their policies and instructions for international shipping and accepted payment methods, and they delivered exactly as advertised. Very happy with the quality of the vest and most importantly, it is a comfortable fit. I would recommend this establishment for any fellow Canadians that are in need of a big & tall life jacket. Patrick Kenelly and his team will do absolutely everything to provide you with the most knowledgeable, professional and customer oriented guidance through any doubt, question or service you may need. They are simply amazing in listening to you and find out the proper solution or recommendation. I wish there many other companies their values. For anything related to the Water World, do not look anywhere else, just call them, explain what you need or what you are looking for and just expect to get the best advice/recommendation. Horrible experience. Ordered HO hardshell boot on a Friday. Got a call from the store on Monday at 5pm telling me they were now out of stock due to high sales over the weekend. When I asked why they didn't pull my order on Friday and waited until Monday, I was told it was due to high sales over the weekend. It was obvious to me that they waited to pull my order and ship it until Monday instead of pulling it on Friday when I ordered it. Very disappointing.

I bought my kidder comp ski from Pat over 30 years ago and I am still skiing on it at 63 years old and live it. Just bought new gloves from them and boy do they help you on the starts.

CANADIANS DO NOT BUY! PURCHASED AND PAID 2 WEEKS AGO AND THEY NEVER SHIPPED IT. I CONTACT THEM AND 3 DAYS LATER THEY SEND ME AN INVOICE FOR 45USD FOR SHIPPING EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR THE VEST AND SHIPPING WAS INCLUDED. WASTE OF TIME- SLOW RESPONSE

This place was great. Popped in on a Saturday morning and was immediately greeted by an enthusiastic gentleman who answered all of my questions about wakeboards. They were all very friendly and I was in and out of there quite quickly. I took the wakeboard out that day and it rode just as the employee said.
