“The best jewelry store! I had a custom ring made and the results were phenomenal! Marty was so patient with me when I was so particular about details. Bringing his expertise and experience to help me design my dream ring was a seamless process. I definitely recommend this jeweler! Just in case others were wondering about other local jewelry stores, I had another ring custom made at Kenny G (with Robert who is no longer there) and had the worse experience. I am not sure if it is just that particular employee or not but the ring came back uneven and the experience was stressful. If you want to pick between them or Santillan Jewelers, I definitely recommend Santillan Jewelers! Marty is AWESOME to work with and I am definitely coming back for other custom work!”

“This hole in the wall business in Auburn Blvd. Houses a repair service for both watches and jewelry that is very good. As you walk in, you are greeted with a place that is serious about repairs. Dozen of drawers contain anything needed for the repair. He repairs watches quickly, correctly and with a smile. I'll be back.”

My husband and I were planning to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in Australia and I wanted to have my ring fixed for that adventure. So we took the ring into Roger's Jewelry in Folsom and spoke with Jodi Ziony about getting it fixed. That day, unknown to us, was a special day where they had various specials and deals. Jodi told us we could fix the ring, but also told us about the sale and we decided to just look, it doesn't hurt to do that. Well, looking led to wanting. My eyes caught the most beautiful vintage inspired wedding ring. There are no words to describe the beauty of this ring. Pictures don't capture it's beauty. So I asked her, is the ring pricing equivalent to a new car? She proceeded to help us obtain this ring for a price that was unbelievable. This was a memorable experience that we will remember forever. We worked together, with so much excitement and glee to build the ring. She even helped me score an UNBELIEVABLE deal on a special ring for my husband. It was like shopping with your best friend. I was not an easy customer while I was waiting, and even right after getting this beauty on my finger. Do not be fooled, my gratitude for this material object is off the charts. I told my girlfriend I call it my precious, because when it catches the light I can't stop staring at it. Not okay to obsess over a material item in this way...but I do. “My daughter finally got her ears pierced at this location and the worker was great! I think her name was Kat, but she was sensitive to my daughter being a little nervous, and everything was very sanitary. The new earrings are already set in the track that attaches to the tool for the actual piercing so the earring itself isn't touched by hands. She wiped down the counter and laid down paper towels. Cleaned the ears and consulted me when she was placing the guide dot with the marker. She also made sure we knew about the cleaning steps and told me to watch for embedding. The earrings are also loose in her ears to keep that from happening. Very good experience here. (Went on June 30th)”

Mr. Gordon himself sat with me recently and was very patient with me while I went back and forth many times trying to make up my mind on a small little band. He is such a busy man and didn't have to, but he did. Mackenzie is a very helpful young lady and I can't wait to go back and work with her. The entire staff is friendly and patient with clients like me. Also, they have a wonderful jewelry appraisal service for insurance purposes and they clean your rings.”
