This was a pretty hard to rate experience I went looking for a bookshelf actually 2 off them the second one was underneath a few other boxes of another color. Across from the section there's the paint section which has a call box for assistance No one showed after maybe 15 minutes, suddenly one Walmart employee walked by and I called her actually almost yelled, never turned around so I rushed myself to get her. That's when I realized she had both earplugs on Anyway I asked her to look for someone to help and waited another 10 minutes for nothing I ended moving everything myself and putting them into 2 carts and paid them, so when I was getting to the exit I couldn't fit them to get out from the door so the gentleman at the door said you can ask for help at customer service so I did To my luck same lady came to help, again waiting Until another customer that was at the service desk helped me putting them in a way to be able to fit by the door to take them to my car which he actually offered to do. This self serve on every department is not good .

Don't buy Pokemon cards here; got scammed twice.The workers are opening packs, pulling out the rare cards and resealing them. They don't even bother to put the correct foil packs back into the appropriate cardboard at times. And since the cards are located behind the counter and require the worker to grab them for you, you can't really fully inspect them.

If you want to find anything in Walmart, you are completely on your own. I went to no less than four Walmart employees asking where an item was located and not a single person would talk to me because none of them could speak anything other than Russian. During checkout after scanning over $200 worth of items, the machine notified me that my items would no longer scan so I waited 10 minutes for an attendant, but finally had to go and search for one myself, this lady came over and promptly accused me of being a thief, because the register had a video of me putting items in my cart. On the exact same screen, I pointed out to her that those two items had been scanned by me with every intention of being paid for as I wasn't done scanning my items therefore, I hadn't paid for my items yet. This Walmart along with so many others is a disappointment to say the least. Now my grandparents were immigrants themselves so I understand that there are foreigners in this country and I'm all for it but when there isn't a single employee that could assist a customer, we have a problem. Walmart has just become too difficult and too frustrating for me to continue to shop at.

Never have enough aloe Vera water located In pharmacy personal care Ike And personal never have a clue to help or restock that empty area!! Wish someone here would take ownership to make sure this is done It's been five years coming here same issue Really people

Worst ran Wal-Mart in the area. One checkstand open at 5:00 pm on a Friday with a checker that I later find out is a minor child. I waited 20 minutes while she scanned items about every 10 second, which is so slow that it was painful. Then, the person in front of me was ready to pay, but having trouble. It was then that the checker told me that couldn't check me out, because I had alcohol and she was a minor. With no other check stands open, she told me I could go to self-check out and then wait at special check stand for someone that could ring up the liquor. It was then that I decided to just leave. Worst possible customer service and planning by a retail giant.

Okayyyy so I had ordered cupcakes for my daughters birthday. As I was walking up to the bakery the lady in the bakery SAW me walking up, ignored me went and did dishes. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes waiting. Nothing. So I went and got my other items I needed in the store. When I came back over, she's still not there. But this lady on the customer side said "ma'am do you have a question?" Super rude. I explained I was picking up my cupcakes. She was adamant there was no cupcakes (which I already paid for and got there on time to pick them up). She went and looked in the back, she was pissed. She found my cupcakes. I said thank you. And still she was being rude. The cupcakes were fine. But the customer service at Walmart in general is trash. But this Walmart... it takes the cake for the downright RUDEST workers ever.

I always like coming to this location very friendly staff with a wide selection of different items to choose from. They don't just sell food. They sell electronics and much more. This is one of my favorite Walmarts to go shopping at. I like the fact that their shelves are always well-stocked. The employees working will ask you if you need help finding anything and they will walk you over to the aisle not just point, they definitely go above and beyond in the store. I always end up finding more than I need which I'm sure happens to everybody. Lol. Walmart is a very nice place to shop. It's not just for people that want to pick up a few things it's for everybody and it's very affordable. If you're on a budget this is definitely a place you want to look at for groceries, baby clothes, electronics, and much more definitely one of my favorite places to shop. I highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking for a great deal. They definitely have that here. Great prices great service. What more could you ask for? Thank you Walmart you guys are awesome thank you again happy New Year's. See you next year :-)

I can deal with the unhappy, unfriendly, angry employees. I can deal with the POS people that shop at the store. I can except the dirty ass parking lot and the most broke down POS, dirty shopping carts in the game. What I can't deal with is the constant people out front either selling crap or asking for you to sign your name on something. Why does this store allow this shit everyday? FYI most of these people make a dollar a signature, so they're making money off your signature. Stop giving out your personal information.

No wonder all the employees quit and transferred away to different stores when this new manager showed up. I finally come in the store as the store is getting a card restock and instead of stocking and selling me the product this manager comes out arguing with me and calls a lady from the backroom to take the pallet back to the stock room. Hey Walmart corporate send this guy back to south sac or Folsom wherever you got him.

Items ring up for more tjan what is shown on the shelf. This happens every time we shop. Today it was the chips were a dollar more and the chocolate cookie dough. When you bring it to their attention, they say they short staffed.

Well I don't like writing negative reviews but I feel like Walmart is not doing a good job anymore. I placed a pick up order which I have done many many times before. There have been occasional issues but not much to talk about. Today though was a bad experience. The lady walking out my grocery order dropped the blue bins, never checked if the items were ok, never said hello. I asked her if she was ok or needed help, she didn't respond. Super unfriendly and poor customer service. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she would check the items she dropped. She didn't. I got home with several items damaged to the point of not being able to eat our food we purchased. I tried to call. Not a single manager to speak to. Told they don't have any management. Placed on hold for a total of 32 minutes and hung up on. No one will talk to me or take responsibility or make the situation right. It's like they all just place you on hold, hoping you will give up. A little too much bad stuff to over look today. Time to shop somewhere else with a company who cares for their consumer.
