An excellent experience from start to finish. We knew what we wanted for our guest room/office but couldn't find it anywhere until we went to Wallbeds N More. Our salesperson helped us build the perfect unit, from the queen bed to the desk and table, the storage, the lighting, and even a USB power unit, to the exact color of wood. It was ready within the time frame they promised, and installed in just a few hours by skilled installers who then spent plenty of time helping us learn to use the new unit. It is exactly what we wanted and we are so pleased. Thank you to everyone at Wallbeds N More who helped us through the process.

Well ordered a wallbed in July of 2021 Received it and was installed in Nov 2021. It was missing one piece on bottom and the desk was the incorrect size. They had same bed in showroom so the installer took missing and incorrect parts from show room. Was told that new replacement pieces would be here in about 8 weeks. Desk from showroom had big scratches in top. Called @ 10 weeks told would follow-up and put rush on parts. Now almost April 2022 still no replacement parts

So we went to look at the murphy bed in the summer time and had a very pleasant experience with the sales rep at the store. I think her name is Nancy or Debra. We didn't have all our measurements in hand so we had to come do some measuring in the room. After further discussing it, we decided we would do two beds in our home, one in an office and one in the guest room. Fast forward a few months and we finally made it back to the store to place the order. Well, we were met with the same sales rep (mature lady, blonde hair). First off, we showed up a few minutes after she opened and she was on the phone, but came and just unlocked the door and didn't even bother to push it open for me. Not that it was her job to do that, just common courtesy as I was just standing outside the store. Weird, but ok. Then, we were in the store for a few minutes and she seemed disinterested in helping us and was bothered when we asked her to open one of the beds that had a desk (on wheels mind you) in front of it. Not only was there now a significant increase in price from what we were first quoted in the summer, but the shipping times were even more delayed. Despite this, I was still ready to move forward with the purchase, but when my significant other asked her for a print out with the specs, she was exasperated and said the printer wasn't working, after all...she just opened. I wasn't aware that printers had their own work hours! If I had written this review after our summer visit, she would have gotten 5 stars. Instead, she earned 2 stars and that was a push but I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that she was just missing her morning coffee. As we were leaving, she followed us out and practically sprinted to the coffee shop on the corner. And yes, we held the door for her ;) So we took a drive a little further south and found exactly what we wanted and saved a little bit of money for our 2 beds. Win win, I mean for us and the wonderful sales rep that got our order at the new store. Note to Nancy- Remember, in today's day and age, the internet makes it easy to "tell 2 people, who will tell 2 people, who will tell 2 people." I'm sure you remember that commercial... The entire experience with her this time around was very unprofessional and negative when it didn't have to be.

We had the best of customer service and completion of a project we needed done in a timely manner. We cannot praise this company enough. James is an incredible person and his work and responsiveness cannot be beat.Thank you for a super job!

If I could give zero stars I would! 7+ months and we are still waiting for our install. Once payment is received Nancy no longer cares about communication and fulfilling installs. I understand things are back ordered with Covid but our bed is just sitting there. They have no one to install their beds at the moment! To show how unprofessional she is, she is currently advertising the wall beds on Facebook and when I asked her about our install she blocked me. Very childish and really should not be in a position as she is in. Do not purchase from her.

The showroom is small but you'll see everything you need to: the quality, the wood finish choices, sizes, options etc. Plus you can try them out, unfold or open and close them up to see how smoothly they operate. Nancy is kind and helpful giving you time and space to shop, and infinitely patient while you make up your mind!I love that you can custom order the style, the finish and even the hardware. The convenience of a wallbed combined with fine furniture, is a beautiful addition to ANY room, even the front room. It's that lovely. All this with a lifetime warranty. One of the few places where skilled craftsmen build your piece here in California. Lots of photos on their website. Great company to work with to create the room you want. ?❤

This place has great selection of wall beds. But the customer service stinks. My wife and I went in there and there was a customer before us. We looked at the various beds while we waited. Another customer came after us and she helped them first. We left disgusted that we were skipped over.

Couldn't have asked for a better person than Nancy. She let us in after closing and spent more than an hour with us. We went back a week later and bought 2 wall beds. COVID has delayed the arrival and installation but Nancy has kept us informed. She has answered our calls immediately or within a few minutes (even on her day off). She is quite an asset. Many thanks
