I had wonderful experience going for coivd 19 vaccination. The nurse there found my insurance information and was very kind, polite and a professional person. Thank you!

Pharmacist associate said, "it will be 30 minutes to fill your prescription." I came back afyer 30 minutes and different associate said the same statement. Awful customer service for prescription in-store or drive-through pick up. It seems that the pharmacy was understaffed. Management please make sure you have enought staffs to cover customer's needs. We got to talk to the pharmacist and she was very nice.

Do NOT go to this pharmacy. I would give them NO stars if I could. The staff has terrible customer service, they never have prescriptions ready or even worse, sometimes cannot find the prescription order. They do not know how to work with the insurance companies and most of the time tell me the insurance doesn't cover the prescription, even after I've used the insurance for this prescription before. They should do a complete overhaul of management and build a more competent and customer centric team.

Terrible slow! Always need 30 more minutes, then another 20 just for 1 item. Not recommend.

Rude employee. I'm standing in line and an associate ask me how I was doing so I told him and asked how he was doing. He's my favorite guy. Then he coworker at the check out asked what I said so I told her and she says "you know I really don't want to hear about it". REALLY THEN DON'T ASK! If it weren't for my favorite guy I wouldn't go there.

Walgreens in Rocklin has consistently told me they are short of staff. Upon looking at Walgreen's complaints online, matters of slow/poor business practices are common with this store and the entire retail pharmacy operation. Walgreens complaints spread nationwide. During my online search. Particularly, California's Attorney General found the corporation liable for $2.8 million for taking time off employee's timecards and denying employees rest breaks. This takes me back to their shortness of staff issues and how that affects customers of their retail pharmacy operations. If you need medicine quick, don't rely on Walgreens to deliver. Walgreens (corporate name: Walgreens Boots Alliance) have harmed their reputation by not hiring enough staff, taking up to 5 hours to dispense medication to a needy customer, having no trained professional staff or pharmacist to speak to for holidays due to increase needs for medication during serious viral outbreaks is pretty serious. Dispensing of important patient medicine (anti-biotics) while being short on staffing during the holidays, taking up to 5 hours to dispense medication, failure to send out a pharmacist when picking up my medication, keeping me on hold for 30 minutes only to report the medication is not ready, after 5 hours is critical to a patient's health. Unfortunately, if you are sick and in need of immediate medication, suggest you pick another more reliable pharmacy. For someone in need of immediate medicine, this pharmacy is not for you!

Worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Called to verify when my script would be ready. I was told within one hour. Went to pick it up only to find out it wouldn't be ready for another two hours. They need to get on the same page with their central answering service. Absolutely unacceptable. I would give no stars if that was an option.

I get my 90 day prescriptions now through Walgreens per my insurance providers rules.I have had not so great experiences going into the store. When I saw I had the option to get my rx delivered to my house at no extra charge I opted for that.Fantastic service! Rx arrived quickly and great service. I will use this service now more often!

Horrible customer service and rude treatment! Went to pick up after receiving text. They didn’t have all my prescriptions ready and had to figure things out. The pharmacist Sonya had no customer service skills, made me wait at the window for over 20 mins without an apology or reason. So I walked away. Then they paged me when the Rx was ready, only to find more problems with the order. This time the pharmacy tech walked away from me without an apology or explanation..and left me at the window wondering what the heck was happening. By then I was already fuming as an hour had gone by. Then the pharmacist failed to show up for a consult on a new Rx. That’s it, I’m not coming back !!

They never have prescriptions done when they are supposed to be done. Most staff doesn't seem to be too nice. Can't seem to get through on the phone. They've closed the pharmacy without notice early right after they made me come back for a prescription since they forgot to fill it, then I drive down and it was closed. Sign was up and said short staffed. I miss rite aid.

I showed up 15 minutes early for appointment for a flu shot. The pharmacist acting surprised like they weren't aware. I was turned away because they said they didn't accept my insurance even though I called that morning to make sure they did. I drove 40 minutes for nothing. Completely unprofessional.

Avoid this pharmacy!!!! I went to pick up my prescription, not ready, told a text would be sent when ready or to come in an hour. Never got a text. When I came there was a long line and everyone is being told they can't get their prescriptions because the pharmacist is on a break. This is a very busy Walgreens. Maybe they need another pharmacist on staff???

In filling a new prescription recently I was told by a pharmacist the the medication was not covered by my insurances, Medicare and United Healthcare, and I would need to pay the full cost, $120. My spose was livid about this and conducted research with Medicare and United Healthcare, and learned that, indeed, this particular medication was fully covered by insurance. Returning to the store to seek a refund of my $120 and have the cost properly covered by Medicare, I was told that Walgreens could not help me and that I must go through Medicare. DOES THIS MAKE SENSE TO ANYONE? Walgreens made a mistake. Walgreens wrongly took my $120. Why should I have to work through Medicare to resolve an error made by Walgreens? This is the kind of pitiful baloney that is destroying Walgreens customer service reputation, and deservedly so.
