I am 65 and NOT Techno savvy !! Arsh took the time to help me even though my phone was 15 years old so it was not supported by the modern apps.. He did not have the phone in stock so I gave him my number and he called and texted a couple days later to say it was in. I went down and he worked for a very long time trying to get my info out of the old phone, while helping other customers. He GOT IT ALL !!! I am VERY SATISFIED !! THANK You Arsh,

Worst experience ever. I ad my wife on my line, and they said for new customers we offer 1000$ for your old phone, if in good condition, so we did that, and pay 340$ difference between phones, they said in 3 months promotion will start working, after 3 months went to Verizon to check my promotion, and they said Verizon gave us 200$ for the old phone, and those 340 that we paid was for screen protector and for phone case.

We’ve been to a few other Verizon locations around Rocklin and Roseville area last month and we came in on Monday 1/15 to this location and let me say, me and my husband were very impressed with how helpful they were compared to the other locations. Danielle A was amazing and very helpful. The way she broke it down for us and took the time to actually help us was great! I definitely recommend her and definitely appreciate her help!! I love my new iPhone15 pro max

Great visit to this store today. Had just a few things to do with my new phone and Mayra was there to assist. We were done in less than 5 minutes! She is a champ! Kayla at the Rocklin Verizon store was great. She helped me choose a new device, found inventory at a other store and had it brought over. She did all the transferring of data, discussed options with me so I could get the best deal and was very friendly. We had a fun chat! It always takes a bit to upgrade, but she made the experience fun!
