I bought a packed with two day air and it arrived at my nearest USPS before they even opened but it wont be delivered until Monday. Sad I wasted my money when I could have just bought the ground delivery and would have gotten to me at the same time.

I went to this post office to renew my passport, and the experience was seamless. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and guided me through the necessary paperwork step by step. The entire process was quick and efficient, and the value of the service far exceeded my expectations. The cost was reasonable, and the staff’s attention to detail made sure everything was processed without delay. I highly recommend this location for any passport or document-related services!

My experience with the dozen times I went is that the staff at the counter was always helpful, courteous, and working as fast as they could. Thank you, staff! 🙏 Facility is clean and organized.

Horrible customer service. Waited by the passport sections for 45 minutes, no one said anything until a guy looked up and asked what I was waiting for, to then to tell me they aren’t doing it anymore today. They saw me the whole time and said nothing, no signs that stated that either. Very disappointed

This post office isn’t too busy but most of their employees act VERY ENTITLED, and very INSECURE when they say customers of different colors and race other than those they are used to see & serve often.

Closed the door on me at 3:58. Saturday hours state they are open until 4pm.

What the hell even is this place, i put my packages on hold for the 23rd and they started holding them on the 22nd! I want my damn controller! And why do they close at 4pm? CLOSE LATER SO I CAN PICK UP MY PACKAGES BEFORE I REALIZE THE POST OFFICE IS CLOSED

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We had 4 minutes left before 5pm. Was borrowing a pen and putting the stamps on. The woman working there said out loud “four minutes left”. Then five seconds later said “three minutes”, not even a second later “two” “one” “closed”. Looked at my phone and it still said 4:57pm. They just wanted to be flat out rude and get out of there early. They should be grateful they have a job in this economy.
