I took an item in to have them ship it and they wanted $71 to ship a 5 pound item UPS ground to NC!!!!! I went home and set up the.shipment myself on UPS website and the cost was $21. Going back to the UPS store to print the label and drop box. $3.29 to print the label!!!!! BEWARE, This store has a huge mark up

I believe his name was Calvin, he was very patient, helpful, good energy even though it was 6pm and people were still coming in. I know at closing time others get annoyed have such a bad attitude and it’s a dominoe effect…. I’m really grateful for him and happy I was able to get in and take care of what I had to because that was the only time I was going to be able to make it…

This place is crazy. I dropped off a shipment that was only 9lbs and they added a weight of 37lbs to it! I found out there’s a class action lawsuit being built and this store is one that’s under investigation. Avoid this place by all means!

For anything important, it's worth it to drive to a different store, as this store has rather incompetent employees whose incompetence and lack of knowledge will cost you, at least based on my experience.
Somehow this UPS store has been my biggest problem over the last week. I asked for the fastest service I can use to send an envelope to an Canadian address that requires a signature.
The clerk used a domestic USPS service (certified mail), which is incompatible with the address. It's been 2 weeks. USPS is currently investigating and will attempt to locate and return my TIME SENSITIVE AND INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT documents.
All because these guys couldn't just say "we don't do that" and enlisted a service incorrectly that they do not know the limitations of.

only have one store worker working you have a customer that came in with 20 different items. You got 10 people in line terrible service terrible situation should have at least a minimum of two people working and just an off terrible experience.

March 14th, 2024 vane to ups waited until 8:45am no one came to open , went to Walmart waited another hour called three times no one answered and came back to check still closed . Not acceptable especially because I drove half an hour to get to this ups.

I am very disappointed. I visit the UPS stores on a regular basis while working in and out of town for various reasons. 9 times out of 10 the staff is just ok. I ALWAYS look forward to going to my local UPS store in Rocklin near Bass Pro because the staff there is always super nice and helpful- until today. The lady that helped me (I've never seen her there before) wasn't rude, but wasn't the nice and helpful personality I was used to.A man came in while I was waiting with a large plastic container full of paperwork to be shredded. He put it on the scale to have it weighed. He asked if she would subtract the weight of the container-she said NO. It was $72!!!!She printed 6 sheets for me (5 of them were wrong- they were not lined up correctly and I threw them away) so I just settled on 1 page. She charged me for all 6....Really?Hopefully she is just covering for the day.
