I must say that it was my first time going to this store and the owner And her son was wonderful. I got a great customer service . I notice I have visited may ups stores and they have always have charged me for piece of tape and this owner did not charge for the tape . It is so nice to see people like them who has world class customer service I will be back to this store again

Have come here for years but the employee could not accept my waybill this time. They hand typed everything in instead of scanning the barcode and entering the account number so I’m guessing saying they don’t accept waybills was just to get rid of me because they were confused. Said I had an invalid account. Our 30 billion dollar company has an invalid account? Went to another location. Quick scan and out the door in 30 seconds. Skip this location if you use waybills.

Can't say enough great things about my experience with this store. I've been a customer for 3+ years and the associates at this location have always handled both my personal and business postage affairs with kindness, promptness and a level of professionalism that is hard to find in customer service these days. Even amidst a recent change in ownership, this location has only continued to improve! Damian, the store manager, goes above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met, no matter the time or day. He's also a one of the store's Certified Notaries and has assisted me several times in finalizing official documents with the stroke of a pen! If you're in the market for a consistent and honest Parcel store, look no further! This one gets my postage stamp of approval! ?

Don’t schedule fingerprint with this location.
I had an appointment for fingerprint. The specialist was late 20 min! Their scanner doesn’t function well. They had to restart it twice. It took me about 40 min for something could’ve been done in 2 min. If they were on time or their scanner working ok.

This is the best UPS store in Rocklin. Damian is stellar notary, packer, shipper, customer service person. He is the finest worker at the store and assists his fellow associates too! He gives UPS the utmost, absolutely top rating, reputation, and customer service satisfaction. UPS has the finest treasure in a person! Thank you, Thank you! Thank you so very much for UPS!

I am so happy this place is close to my house. Every time I visit, I leave satisfied. My printer that I hardly use at home was not working today and I had to print out the label for shipping. I brought my item to the store yesterday and they helped me with printing the label and helped me with final touch for shipping. I felt bad they were so busy but still gave us excellent customer service.

They carefully wrapped a precious clay pot that had been in the family for nearly 50 years, made by the wife of a cousin of my moms. They charged a reasonable amount, and were friendly and helpful during the process. 100% I would go back there if I needed to.

They charge $2.21 for a printed copy of a label. The printed copy only cost .20 and then they charge an additional $2 fee to “use the computer” even though you didn’t use a computer. So ridiculous. I won’t be going to this store again for print services. It’s way cheaper anywhere else. No reason to nickel and dime you local customers.

A little late opening up. We had to stand in cold wind...chilly
