Jaime was super helpful and friendly. She helped me with all the different orders and packages I had making my process very smooth and easy. Also the Amazon self service desk is super helpful and appreciated when you don't want to wait in line.

I came in late this afternoon to complete a few Amazon returns. There was already a customer at the Amazon return kiosk, so Tiffany called me over to help me so I didn't have to wait. She helped me get through my returns quickly and assisted with finalizing a couple things so it was all ready to ship out.
I also would like to point out that Avi at the same time was dealing with a difficult customer who kept complaining about the process and prices but Avi was great about handling the situation and gave great customer service.
Overall your team of Avi, Tiffany and Owen are all wonderful and I will continue to come back to this location. I have never had a bad experience here.

Walked into this UPS Store today, everything was swell. Minor hiccup/confusion on packaging at the beginning but Julie was able to think outside of the box and accomplish the impossible. Would return

I shipped from this store for years. I was always happy and felt that the thousands of Dollars I spent there.. thousands.. were appreciated. Ross was the owner. When he sold everything went down. Yesterday was an awful experience. I asked if one of the old staff was still there and only one was left. The new staff told me proudly they were all replaced. It felt when I asked questions they were annoyed. They spoke bad about the old staff as well. No smile and hi when I came in. When I called later around store closing Oven a staff member answered and told me several times the shop closes at 6.30 before answering my questions.. I asked if I will not get the iship email anymore and he answered annoyed .. no that's also something we don't do anymore and hung up before I was done talking.
Well I will take my business to another store from now on. No people skills.. rude, cold and unfriendly
One staff member a girl with braided dark hair and face mask was nice when she helped me packing my parcel.
I also emailed to the email you provide in your ridiculous generic response and never got an answer.

Done with this place tall guy with long hair and baseball cap took a female behind us in line. Rude. She came in after us and he bumped her ahead of us. He was constantly telling us to take out business elsewhere. This review is for the owner. I asked for a number to the owner and he refused to give me the owners number. I will also escalate to UPS corporate what this stores does to customers. Please take your business to other small business owners who CARE about their customers!

Great service. They are always busy, which leads to some waiting sometimes, but I always find the employees to be helpful and courteous. They seem happy too, which says something. Emmit helped this last time and was awesome.
The owner is often working alongside and seems to be a good boss and teammate.

Young lady went above and beyond this evening! I got to the store and realized they had closed 8 minutes before, and turned around to leave. This employee asked if I needed to drop something off, and I said I wanted to check my mailbox and drop off shredding. She took care of everything with a smile. I wish I would have gotten her name. You could see the kindness on her face. Thank you!

Absolutely ridiculous. Three times now they give me the day they are going to arrive, since I need to sign for my delivery, 3 days of canceling everything so I can sit home and wait for them but they don't show up. They show up on a day they're not supposed to at a day they're not supposed to so of course I'm not home to sign for my package. Then they say they'll deliver it on the next business day but they don't. Three packages now have been lost for over a month because they can't show up on the day and time THEY scheduled. Customer service is worthless. No help whatsoever.

Staff member younger gentleman refused to help us and told us to use the machine to scan our items in when we went to the counter to get them scanned it. Not the first time this location has sent us to the machine. There was a line and the gentleman wasn’t helping anyone at the counter. As an Amazon seller this level of service is unacceptable as our monthly service fees more than enough pay his salary for the month and then some. He did however help two people who came in after us. I will be filing a complaint with my representative with UPS as well.
