2 problems: (1) They still charged me even though I emailed them a request for cancellation before the billing date, and refused to refund In violation of their agreement (2) UFC Gym is the jack of all trades, but the master of none. They have a little bit of everything there. There are many happy members there. But there is no specialized excellence there. Somebody that trains with a champion BJJ instructor will out grapple the people who train at UFC gym. They are not big on tournament participation. However, to be fair, the UFC gym people may be more well rounded and prepared to handle a variety of threats. But if you want to train with the best and win BJJ tournaments, this is not the place for you. If you want to get in shape and be well rounded, then UFC Gym may be the right fit.

Awesome place to bring your kids! Everyone from James and Pam at the front desk to all of the coaches! Very affordable when comparing to other gyms and more options for kids

I go to the UFC Gym Rocklin for Rock Steady Boxing ???? ? which is an exercise class for people who have Parkinson's, such as myself. The manager and the employees at the UFC Gym Rocklin are always willing to help you out with anything ???.

Do not sign up with UFC Gym. This company stole $684 from me after I cancelled my membership. In November I was instructed over the phone to come in person to cancel my membership, I came in and the employee Blake who helped me confirmed that my membership was cancelled and that I was "good to go." As of March UFC Gym was still charging me the monthly membership as well as an extra $39. I spoke to several employees and the manager regarding this and they told me there is nothing to be done.Their employee promised me my membership was cancelled, but they didn't do their job on their end to cancel my membership. Turns out this employee is not even working there anymore too. UFC Gym is refusing to refund my $684 that they charged WRONGFULLY.This gym will do what they can to scam as much money from you as they can. Stay away

Signed my son up for classes, ended up cancelling my membership the next month. 4 months later they made two unauthorized fraudulent charges my moms cc card which I used to pay for his sign up. They said I did not cancel the membership which I did, provided no resolution, no refund , the email I got was just terrible customer service snd was a one liner from the general manager! Don't give them any credit card information.

I'm honestly really sorry I have to write this, seeing a lot of the negative reviews are from years ago. I am having an experience as if everything having to do with the financial aspects of this business is mismanaged and not above board. I got my girlfriend a one month pass here to do some kickboxing and that should have cost me $40 as a final sum because she didn't want to renew. However with that I got recharged for a second month without authorizing and after the fact was given the option to let her go one more month at the promotional rate, it's really supposed to cost around $100+/month, said "fine, don't refund it and she'll do one more month of trial, but please pull my card from your autopay". It doesn't work to state your desires, they either don't care or don't want to refund money already in the coffers. Then while gone abroad for a month, another unauthorized recharge for, again, the promotional one month only rate. Never authorized the facility to put my credit card on a monthly autopay cycle and am having to make frequent calls/emails to the manager James just to get a measly $39 back with no end in sight. So I will not get it back.Definitely not an indictment on their actual gym and training crew, which I can't speak to, but dealing with money with them is a horrendous experience and there's a bunch of placing of blame on "the billing department" and "they"---buyer beware whenever a company wont do refunds for lame excuses. I guess the moral of the story is don't just do a trial...I think?

Trainers (john) lie about scheduling, front desk is no help , they don't answer the phone whatsoever till I brought it up in person now , new manager acts like he will try to help but you can tell he shows no effort either worst place for the $ especially if you pay for a year of private sessions you will get ignored lol place left me with a sour taste just dealing with these people they probably go home thinking they do a good job what a joke.

I've been taking my 3 grand kids to Brazilian Jiujitsu class here 2 times weekly for about six months. The classes, instructors, facilities, and strength training equipment are top notch. Once they even got a Jujitsu class from a UFC fighter. They're self-confidence, self discipline, and Jujitsu skill has grown tremendously in a short time, we come early and spend time on the mats together. My oldest grand son is now begginning wieght training with me. We're all having a blast here! This is a great place for adults and kids to create a healthier life together.

Joining this gym was easily one of the best decisions I made. I went here for almost a year before moving. The kickboxing classes are a great place to begin (coach Jon was great). Not as scary as you might expect, it’s a really easy-going atmosphere.

This gym was great! I'm from out of town, was in town & needed a quick workout and just wanted to hit a bag and blow off some steam. They had class up until closing time but let me tuck away in an area & do my thing. That's the cool thing about these ufc gyms that everyone is always chill. It's not a 24 or la fitness were bros just try to pis contest around workout areas and give off f u attitude. Just people trying to get better, sharing a space. Very chill vibe. Gyms are vibes and this is definitely an amazing vibe. Next time I'm in town I will definitely come back. Staff is beyond nice & welcoming. They need a raise, makes coming and going from the gym a very pleasant experience. That's what makes people want to join gyms.

I've been going to this gym for around a year now and can't say I've had any real complaints. The coaches here are professional and aim to help you learn from their classes and implement them in actual sparing matches. Feel there's something for everyone here ranging from the weights to the bags I always find something new to do everytime I work out.

I went in to check the place out and perhaps buy a tshirt and this goober juice head James basically asked me to leave. The chick was cool. He wasn't interested in my business... ?. He seemed only interested in "knowing UFC bro". gtfoh. I'm a Gracie Barra black belt but I didn't bother telling him that. I just laughed as I walked away. The cliché UFC bro was too funny to not just let it be. He sure tf wasn't getting my money after trying to "alpha male" me. I let him think that I wouldn't tie him in a knot. you never know though. I don't know ufc bro, sooo... ? ? ? GOOBER!
