Gusttavo and team came through for us! I called at 4PM on a Thursday and needed 6 items overnighted as it was an urgent issue. Gusttavo understood my situation and went out of his way to make sure the items were delivered overnight by the next morning. The items I bought were used so I was a little hesitant but they all work great. Each item was individually bubble wrapped and the rest of the air space was filled with shipping peanuts. You don't get this type of customer service on Amazon or other stores. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

This is the worst company in existence, CEO is rude and unaccommodating, Then he tries to rip you off by offering to buy equipment 500% below retail value and sending you auctions of broken product for comparison. If the CEO is this shady, just imagine how this company operates. buy your network gear elsewhere!
