I’ve been going to Supercuts for 20 years and have never had a “bad” cut. I’ve had a few that were less than adequate, but never “bad”. I’ve been in Rocklin for a year and have visited this location 4 times. The first 2 times the haircut was normal, but the third was really bad. I don’t care much about my hair, so have never complained in the past, but this cut was so bad the manager had to know. I ended up fixing it myself. Considering it was the first time I’ve had that experience at a super cuts, or specifically this location, I have them another chance. The fourth visit T this location was not quite as bad, but definitely bad. My cut is fairly simple, not complicated at all. I don’t know when the towel thing ended, I was told it hadn’t ended, but they don’t do it at this location. Side burns not trimmed, long hairs around my ears , large tufts of hair when I had a #4 on the sides. This location has lost my business.

Started coming to this Supercuts last year with someone else who is no longer there. I then looked up yelp reviews and saw that Kayla has good reviews and tried her out (same salon). My experience with her for the past 3 or 4 cuts have been marvelous. I absolutely adore her guest service and would recommend her! So easy to get along with and really gives her professional opinion that makes me want to come back.
Stylist: Kayla - very professional and gives advice that was warranted. Would recommend.

I went to get an oil change at the neighboring Jiffy Lube. It was going to take an hour so I randomly decided to hit up Supercuts to get my son a haircut. Stephanie did an incredible job that I decided to book an appointment for myself! When I came in the next time, she did exactly what I asked her (lots of face framing layers). She is pleasant, kind, thoughtful, and meticulous about her work. I'll be a regular for sure! :)

I have been going to this Supercuts for +8 years and have always been treated amazing. My go to hair stylist is Kayla and have been exclusively going to her for all of my haircuts. She not only makes sure that I get something noce everytime, but she also is a very good character to be around. She has treated and father and I with nothing but respect and professionalism throughout these past 8 years and cannot recommend her enough!
