Horrible install. Big gaps in the seems. CSM came and looked at and recommended it all be replaced. Unfortunately this added many days to my tight schedule as I was supposed to rent this property out. Cost me over $500 in delayed availability.

Brian and Brandon were great to work with! They were always on top of things, provided helpful info, and were great problem solvers when this unexpectedly came up. I love my S&G vinyl floors! If you are looking for new flooring, ask for Brandon and Brian to come out and provide a quote.

I love my new floor! It is such a pleasure working with S&G Flooring. I have used them multiple times over the years before; for carpet, laminate, and this time luxury vinyl. They are true professionals and I know I’m getting a good value whatever the project had been. Communication is great. The guys that did this installment, Jonathan and Pablo were great. On time, considerate, professional, friendly, efficient. Fantastic job!

In store staff is helpful without being pushy. When we had techs come to our home, both were friendly and efficient. The installer asked us to check his work throughly, and when my wife found a loose piece of carpet in the closet, he happily fixed it quickly. We are planning to replace our remaining carpet next year and will certainly be back!

After being scammed by Zothex Flooring, we were cautious about finding a reliable company for our flooring project. Fortunately, we found the best in S&G Carpet and More and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
Our experience started with Shannon, who helped us pick out the floor and carpet materials. Shannon was incredibly patient with us throughout the selection process, answering all of our questions with thorough and quick email responses. Her expertise and guidance made the decision-making process smooth and stress-free.
The installation team, led by Javier and including his co-workers Josue and Enrique, did an outstanding job. Their skill and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the work. They were efficient, professional, and truly skilled at their craft. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and the overall outcome of our project.

The problem with this company is that S&G basically act as the pimps to small, local installers. And when something goes wrong, nobody seems to take accountability and they just point fingers at eachother like that Spiderman meme.
We have had a terrible experience with S&G, not necessarily with their installers. Every step of the way has been unfinished or incomplete and like pulling teeth to get them to come back out and complete the job. It's clear that this is a large corporation, who tries to lose their customers in a phone maze and "that's not really my department" or "oh yeah we forgot to tell you they had car trouble" the moment something goes wrong.
My advice is to either do it yourself, or go straight to the local installer guys. Cut S&G out whenever possible. Do not recommend.

Working woth S n G was awful. Let's start with I hired them for 3 projects. The first one they didn't complete. I had to schedule another date for someone to finish it. Then, the 2nd job they also didn't complete. Left us without the use of our master closets for over a month. Once we got it rescheduled for instal they were a no show, no call TWICE. (Love waking up early and waiting around for nothing) We decided after all this we didn't want to continue to use s n g carpet for the 3rd project. They told us it would cost $725 in "stocking fees" For standard carpet that they would end up using in the end. Absolutely ridiculous practice ? Do not recommend look elsewhere.

A huge shout out to S & G Carpets on our new carpet install! What an amazing professional crew, from start to finish! They helped move furniture and also attached a wood strip in a doorway that broke off a long time ago and made our home look beautiful and fresh! They really know what they are doing and completed the job faster than anticipated we are so pleased and happy! We would definitely recommend S & G Carpets for all your flooring needs, we were so pleasantly surprised and that doesn't happen a lot anymore and great prices too! Thank you so much!!

We have used S & G Carpet and more, many times and have been very happy with their products and service. If something goes wrong, they make it right. They communicate timely and efficiently. Our flooring is beautiful and the installers were polite and very hard working. We will always recommend S & G to others.
