Huge shoutout to Mike, who saw me struggling with a stubborn hitch lock (no key, of course 🙃) and didn’t just help—he sawed it off, spray-painted the hitch black, and sent me off with a smile. Who does that?! Legends, that’s who.
  
  After a few visits (and more than a few questions), I fell in love with the 2021 Shasta 18BH—compact, cozy, and adventure-ready. It checked every box I had and then some.
  
  From Kyle’s friendly walk-throughs to Randy, Steve, Jason, Jenna, and the ever-awesome Mike, this whole crew went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. No pressure, no salesy vibes—just good people running a genuinely family-run business.

  This was my 4th travel trailer purchase and by far the best experience I have ever had. I wish I would have found them years ago. The entire team is so Profesional and makes you feel like family. The customer service is unmatched. They go through everything with a fine tooth comb and deliver everything in practically brand new condition.

  We recently purchased a 2022 strarcraft trailer at RV MAX. The sales team was great to work with and were very fair on the pricing! We did end up finding some issues with the trailer when we went on our first trip that were going to be expensive to fix. We reached out to the owner Mike and he was amazing took responsibility with zero issues, and paid to fix everything that was wrong. It's a testament to a good business to not only give you a good deal, but to take care of problems even after you have driven the trailer off the lot! I'm very impressed with the integrity of this small company. They truly care about their customers. You can definitely count on them to make it right if anything goes wrong. Mistakes happen, but it's how they are handled that makes all the difference.
  I would definitely recommend RV Max in Rocklin/Loomis to anyone interested in an RV.

  RV Max was great to work with. I worked with Michelle and Mike and had an amazing experience. They were very professional and extremely transparent. While I have a feeling the RV I bought will last a long time, I am also prepared to buy from them again when I need to.

  Bought our new to us fifth wheel here over the weekend and everyone was great to work with. Mike and Kyle were knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy at all. We are grateful we came here to buy our RV and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a fair, honest and good dealer to work with.

  We had been shopping all over the Sacramento region for an RV for some time, and found a motorhome online at RVMax that we were interested in. We visited both the Rocklin and Loomis RVMax locations. The team there is absolutely fantastic; no pressure sales environment, they take plenty of time with you when you are looking, and truly care about you and your buying experience. We decided to purchase the motorhome from RVMax, and throughout the finance approval process they were in regular communication with us, helped answer any questions we had along the way, and overall were a great blessing to work with. Upon taking delivery of the coach, they spent as much time as needed to walk us through the motorhome and understand how everything works. Everyone that we worked with through the entire process was really great. We appreciate RVMax and highly recommend them!
