I cant say enough good about this shop. Definitely the fastest I've ever gotten my vehicle back, they have fixed all of my issues and honored the warranty on the repairs. Honest, patient and upstanding business. As a woman this is something I never thought I'd say about a mechanic or repair shop but I trust Gene implicitly and won't be doing business anywhere else. If you're on the fence of where to take your vehicle I can say with 100% certainty it's not worth taking it anywhere else. I trust, value and appreciate Gene and Laurie more than they realize. My 2015 Honda Accord clutch went out while out of town in the area. The Shop, I had it originally sent to Wes twice as much as everywhere else so I had to figure something else out.Ultimately chose this Shop due to the consistent pricing with everyone else and the offered free towing .They are asking for a 50% deposit which seems a little unusual. It makes me a little nervous.Hopefully all goes well, I will repost my entire experience once work has been completed.

Gene is a miracle worker . I had a transfer case issue on my 2005 Tundra. I went to multiple mechanics , threw a bunch of money & parts at it for my 4x4 to still not engage. Gene was recommended to me I dropped my truck off he had it for a week & fixed all my issues at a more than fair price . I will be coming back to Gene again and would recommend him to everyone I know. Excellent service

Over promised and under-delivered. I paid $5000 for an Allison Transmission rebuild and have had nothing but issues since they touched my truck the 3rd, 4th, and 5th time since initial service. Here I am over 1 year later, with issues - even under warranty; my truck will never be seen in their shop again. Extremely disappointed and frustrating. Negligence and laziness at its finest.

I spoke with gene on the phone regarding somw fittings for my c4 trams on a vintage restoration I am working on. Both gene and the head technician were very helpful, they even offered to lend me a bending tool for trans line. Though I didnt request any work they were very friendly and offered the fittings I needed off of an old c4 for free. Thry answered all of my questions and were very approachable. I would trust them to do dilligent work and not give you anything that is unneccesary. Thank you for your help.

This is the second time Rocklin Transmission has serviced my truck in the last 5 years. Both times the price was very fair and the work was well done. This time there was a snag that resulted from a technician oversight and Gene owned it 100% and made me whole. I personally find that kind of professional ethics refreshing. I would recommend them without reservation. And I will use them again, without hesitation.

Baja Transmission in Rancho Cordova literally sabotaged my transmission. I had paid them 1,500 dollars for very bad work. And after it basically broke again, I got a refund and I towed it to Rocklin Transmission. Gene was amazing. First of all he treated me like a human being. He and Crystal listened to my story and he said he would open it up and see what happened.Well long story short they opened it up and found out the guy at Baja Transmission 1. put a pump in backward 2. did not replace torque converter 3. installed servos wrong 4. did not replace wiring harnessSo Gene was able to remedy all these issues. Granted he cost more than 1.5k however, the transmission feels and runs solid so far.Don't go for cheap labor you'll get cheap results like me and stranded far from home paying the tow truck driver.Rocklin Transmission are a quality business from start to finish. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you Rocklin Transmission.

I won't even detail the events that transpired leading up to this point. The fact of the matter is nearly two-weeks, 2 weeks after paying Gene and Crystal $4,000.00 my car blew up on the freeway and is now sitting in a Walmart parking lot leaking motor oil and fluid. They informed me that it is now a general mechanic issue... $4000.00 later and my car is worse than when it went in. Smh. Trust and transparency needs to be reinstated in the automotive repair field. I am a student and mother of 3, I feel like I've been robbed. That's unfair and unethical.

I was referred here by my mechanic for a automatic transmission service on my elderly car. These folks did a great job, are very friendly and responsive, and have a great customer service attitude. I highly recommend them!
