I ended up moving to Rocklin and needed a storage unit. I shopped around and found Rocklin Springview Mini Storage. To my surprise, they had very good deals online! I was able to move in the same day I moved out of my old apartment. Chris, the on-site manager, made sure that my transition was seamless! Every step of the way was supported in full by the wonderful customer service that I received. I want to thank Chris for helping me out during this difficult transition. I would gladly recommend this storage facility to friends and family.

I have been with this storage unit for years and have nothing but great things to say. Incredibly fair prices and Chris has been extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. Safe location and great units. A+!!!

A well managed well-kept facility with most excellent service. Because it's out of the way in a quiet neighborhood and well-man is I feel that my belongings are secure at their storage facility...

Awful place. Pay attention to the poor reviews here and the stunning reviews that conveniently show up directly contradicting the poor reviews. The company responses to complaints are hilarious. Deny deny deny and still end up being rude. Zero accountability. The place is dirty, they're dishonest with their business and advertised prices, disrespectful to their customers and their property, and the place is ran by a total punk. Avoid this place.

This would have been a higher rating if I would rate previous experience before today. I pulled in to pay for my monthly rent early. Chris (who identified himself as the manger) told me to wait while he helped another tenant. When Chris was finished he approached my car. I told him I had credit on my account as I overpaid last months rent. I passed Chris my card for payment and to my shock Chris was bending my card. I understand a nervous habit though when I asked Chris to be more careful with my card Chris said "I can't guarantee I wont bend it again", then told me I could have my card back and pay over the phone to guarantee it wont get bent. Chris also told me my card was already bent (like it wouldn't hurt it anymore). I am aware my card is bent and was asking for extra care for my property so no further damage could happen and it would be an inconvenience to have to replace my bank card. I asked Chris for the contact of his supervisor and he assured me he would report the complaint on my behalf. I told Chris since he would not give me a contact to report a complain on my own Id write this review of the lack of professionalism I was shown today. Chris called me after I left to ask me not to write a review and offered to give a discount rate for my unit if he discussed with the owner. Words were exchanged and he told me to take my business elsewhere. I wanted to pay in person and not over the phone. Suggesting I leave and pay over the phone after asking for more care for my personal property I feel was not too much to ask. This is an isolated incident however does not sit well with me and makes me think how I could be devalued as a customer. 1 star

I cant say enough good things to describe the great customer service you get from this place. Chris is excellent and goes over and above the expectations you would have for a storage unit manager. The location is perfect as well and with Chris living on site there's no worries about security. I would highly recommend storing here as you will be treated as though you are a part of the family.

Fair pricing, and the best customer service/management team. I've never met a storage manager as nice as Chris. If I had 10 thumbs, it would be 10 thumbs up.
