DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!I've only been here 3 times and EVERY.SINGLE.TIME is some different excuse.First they wouldn't let my partner pay for my script even though I had spine surgery less than 1 weeks before AND CALLED AHEAD TO BE SURE. Second time I was told my meds were ready, so me AND my back brace and walker went up there to be told that they'd have to prepare.Finally today- I finally get to pick up my meds that were called in last week. Just to get there to hear a 90% increase of price. (I pick up monthly) I inquired about a coupon that the STAFF OFFERED ME ONE OF THE LAST TIMES. Good RX, I believe. I was told that I can't use that here because of the type of meds. (Staff members huddle together, at this point, looking at my EHR records online.)They see that yes, I have done that before. So they'll do it for me this last time! I really don't get it! What is it? Can you do it or not?As if this wasn't enough they then inquired about what type of DR I go to. When I answered truthfully, I was then told that they will only fill RX from a "local" Dr!!!!!!(Mine is SoCal and I kept her here in NorCal because she is the best DR I've had)It's clear that this pharmacy is terrible. I've met more tactful and respectful employees at McDonalds.If you value your time, do NOT WASTE IT BY USING THIS PLACE!If you like having your medical issues talked about, in front of grocery shopping customers, and being discriminated against because of it- GO HERE.

This pharmacy is worse than s*** on the bottom of your shoe. My mom has been coming here for years and I'm sick of it. They'll send a call saying she has a prescription ready so I'll take her (she's disabled and can't drive) and they STILL MAKE US WAIT 30+ minutes to get her prescription!!! I have a 1 and a 4 year old with me. I do my own shopping online to avoid taking them in stores. This is ridiculous. I'm over them

Besides having some of the freshest fruits, vegetables and meet in the entire area, they are taking but covid-19 pandemic very seriously. Everyone there has masks and gloves and there are six foot markers for customers. I feel safe shopping there.

The people who work here are the best. I just love Sonya and Jonnie! It's a great store that always has what I need and I can rely on employees to help me if I need it. That is rare these days so I really appreciate it!

This a very nice establishment very clean atmosphere this location also has the United States post office located inside of it this location also makes Pete's coffee and they have several drinks to choose from Plus they have holiday drinks to choose from as well it is located by the bakery the bakery here makes very delicious cakes French breads and donuts I also like to get a sandwich from the service deli they make them fresh by requested order they also have different ways to make it a combo this location has a fresh fountain station with different sodas to choose from this location has the $5.00 Monday deals as well the service deli meats are very great you can tell by the taste I also like to visit the butcher block to get some meats they have very great delicious food with only the best products all of the employees are very friendly and very helpful here I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a great deal very clean restrooms very clean parking lot very clean atmosphere very clean establishment I will definitely be coming back here again soon for more great customer service and more great deals

I knew there was a reason I never shop here now there is one more on the list! Went into the Deli to get a single block of American Cheese...they only sell American cheese 'pre-sliced'!! Oh well off to Safeway I go they'll take this $100 Gladly!

Out of all the grocery store sandwiches I've tried Bel Air Sandwiches are my favorite! I'm a fan of grocery store sandwiches compared to regular sandwich spots, I think they're a better deal at Bel Air & what's cool is they make your sandwich right in front of you. My favorite here is the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich because it's so colorful. Also, it's so great too coming in the morning & getting a fresh $0.89 bagel :). I probably took all of the Jalapeí±o Cheese bagels at one point.

I've shopped at Bel Air on Sunset for decades and have always been pleased with customer service at check out, bakery, post office. Lately the produce is not so good. The organic kale was limp and there was an only three leaves in the bunch. Husks on the corn on the cob is dry and brown and looks old. Zucchini is soft and pitted, not fresh only 3 or 4 there. Disappointed because in the past Bel Air was my favorite place to go.
