***Update***
Been over a week since they replied to my review pretending to assist me and they have done nothing to help. They are just trying to look good without actually helping solve the problem.
I reached out to the email that PF recommended and they told me that they couldn’t help. Seems like the only replied to my original review to appear to be helpful to the public. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!
Double charged me for months and refuse to reimburse late fees even though the payment is on auto pay. Terrible business plan.

I’ve started going here maybe for a month now and I love it except can they PLEASE turn the ac on more !? I’m halfway through my workout feeling like I’m going to throw up from over heating . I’ve been to many other gyms and the main thing I like is the ac blasting . That might be a reason for me to go back to my previous gym … also can they get a hip thrust machine here ? So many girls are doing hip thrust w smith machine and they don’t have the padding to
Comfortbly do heavy enough weigh it actually bruises my hips I had to go out and purchase a hip thrust pad to bring in w me. And more smith machines would be open for other workouts if they had a hip thrust machine here since mostly all I see Is them being taken for that …. Also a sliding ab machine would be dope ! That is all ?

Overall a great place to get a workout in. Everything is clean, staff is friendly, and everyone minds their own business. Tons of cardio equipment. For the price you cant beat it.

The members at this place have the worst gym etiquette I've ever seen. They seriously stay on a weight machine for 1/2 hour. They also tell you "I was on that machine", when they're using the machine next to it......Bunch of weak high schoolers flexing in the bathroom mirror shirtless, taking pictures of themselves, thinking they're cool.
As soon as i see these ignorant youngsters doing dumbbell curls right in front of the dumbbell rack, blocking all the rest of the weights, I just walk right in front of them interrupting their workout, and then ignore them. Ugh. My planet fitness home gym in Illinois is not like this one.

Everything you want in a gym. Clean, friendly staff, always a good experience. I'm usually there late so a special shout out to the overnight crew. Those aren't easy hours to work but you wouldn't know from interacting with the staff because the overnight workers are always super friendly and on point! Thank you!

Clean (including bathrooms and showers), plenty of equipment, other members are considerate (wipe down equipment), and great location.

It's a great gym for basic exercising. Limited free weights and bars. For the price it's definitely solid.

I've been going here since last year. It's pretty clean and well ventilated. Staff are always friendly. No complaints.
