“The parking lot continues to be questionable to the establishment of CVS and the lack of Wi-Fi is very concerning around that location, but the staff is pretty mightily helpful and terrific use of technology.
The restrooms are getting better with the spacing and soap. It does leave a lot to be desired with the hand drying mechanisms but at least the standard sanitary availability is present.
The workers will vary depending on their training and how much workload they are demanded to carry thtroughout.
Pretty impressive that they can continue to strive for better service as the company is struggling to make profit as they used to.
The environment is favorable to the general area of Rocklin and a chunk of Placer County that needs to access their meds though the store hours does need a deeper look.”

“I recently came here to pick up a prescription since I had an accident at work and needed to pick up some medication the staff working was very friendly very helpful very clean establishment very clean atmosphere this location also offers several different vaccines including the flu vaccine COVID-19 vaccine shingles vaccine and much more it was very nice that I didn't have to wait very long maybe 15 minutes and it was probably ready after that the staff working was very helpful very friendly and even went over the medication with me and side effects which I definitely appreciate since it was a new medication to me and I appreciated the effort That the pharmacist gave her extra service to let me know of it definitely made me feel valued as a customer definitely appreciate the services I received from Walmart pharmacy I highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking to get your medication filled they are very friendly and very helpful I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more future visits more great experiences to come thank you Walmart pharmacy you guys are very great I look forward to doing business with you guys very soon in the near future thank you again for all you do”

“I had used the Rocklin CVS Pharmacy for years until I ran into a young female behind the counter who obviously didn't want to be there. Thinking her snarky attitude was a one time glitch in her personality I soon realized, nope, that was her lifetime flaw. I switched pharmacies to another local center only to discover this must have been where she had been trained - everyone there was distrustful, bland and obviously just waiting for an opportunity to go home. So, I went back to CVS in hopes THE young woman was gone. Im now back at Rocklin CVS and all I have left to say is, "There's no place like home!"”

“I want to give kudos to Eric, the store manager, for assisting me with a medication that was delivered to FedEx at this location. I asked if I could pick it up at the pharmacy drive up window. I am mobility limited and this would be a great help to me. Eric quickly responded that he would make sure the meds were available to me at the window. His very kind demeanor was a blessing. I only gave 4 stars to this location (Sunset Blvd, Rocklin) due to the fact that they don't provide motorized scooters for handicapped customers.”

“Not my go to grocery store but still very convenient location. The staff is friendly and I've never had any issues. The selection of produce is good, but not great. Everything else is well stocked but the variety is lacking but that could be due to the smaller store size. They do have specials from time to time on alcohol so there's a plus.”
