Brought in my car for a carbon cleaning service, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from these boys.The staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the repairs needed, provided a detailed estimate, and answered all of my questions regarding what the inspection brought up. Their real time monitoring system was great in seeing the work being done and their notes provided reassurance in their work.
The prices were fair, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay as their online system had all labor and parts calculated ahead of time.

The positive note was that all maintenance was performed as manufacturer suggested at a great price compared to dealership. The bad was that after letting car warm up on the road, caution light came on for overfilled oil. Pumped half quart, light went away. Drove again, light cane back on, pumped out some more, almost full quart total before light stayed off. Also, I maintain my R8 in showroom condition, when I got it back I noticed spots from liquid all over the back of the car. Other than the well overfilled oil and dirty exterior, it wasn't a bad service. But I doubt it I'll be bringing it back there.

The staff here are fantastic. I dropped my car off on a Sunday evening after hours, with the help of their after hours/early bird drop off box. They opened that Monday, and took the laundry list of items that needed inspection that I had left for them, and within 2 hours they had diagnosed all the problems. I highly recommend!

The battery on my 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman S went out with little notice. No shops had openings for 5 days. Luckily I called Martin and the guys at Performance Motor Works in Rocklin. They helped me the same day and had me in and out in under 3 hours! Top-notch service at a fair price. If you’re looking for an alternative to the dealerships, give Performance Motor Works a call.

Great guys, just got a beautiful new used 328i and the guys took care of everything it needed, I suspected it needed a new battery and they confirmed this and replaced it, along with full service oil change and inspection...communication was excellent, super happy ! ?

I'm so happy to have found them for my Mini Cooper. I have a 2005 and they were amazing! I've been to quite a few auto shops but I was very impressed from the minute I walked in. The technician rode with me and made sure that he was completely clear with what my complaint was. I was given a very clear report as to what work needed to be done immediately and what could wait. I did not feel pressured to do any work that I did not want to do. It's the little things that make a shop worth going back to. They even pointed my windshield wiper sprayers in the right direction. Doesn't sound like much but to me it meant a lot. I'll definitely be back and I'll recommend it to my Mini Cooper club and all my Mini friends. -Liz
