Paul Bozek is the man. Extremely knowledgeable and on top of everything. On the particular transaction I worked with him on he saved an ITIN couple that was denied at another lender. They were first time home buyers and he had the deal closed in under < 2 weeks. ( ITIN loans are not easy to close other lenders are taking 30 days + to close )If you're a borrower looking to refinance or purchase I recommend giving Paul (Unified Home Loans) a go. You will not be disappointed.
