Parallax has an amazing sales team. I recently spoke with a female representative over the phone about a discrepancy on an online order, and her demeanor was professional, personable, and very patient. Sadly, I forgot her name. But I would not be surprised if her service was indicative of the other people working at Parallax. Not to mention that their products are an invaluable learning tool for me as a prospective electrical engineer.

I'd give it six stars if I could... My experience was fantastic. The CEO came to my high school and gave us an in-depth, step-by-step walk through on using the hardware, and it couldn't have been any more fun. I would recommend Parallax to anyone, regardless of robotics experience.

Amazing business! They have annual events which brings everyone out. This company makes awesome products. They are now starting to integrate some of their electronics line with Arduino, making me love it even more.
