Only A holes work here. Worker with the long hair must want this place to burn.
I wanted to buy one $8 thing and dude couldn’t ring me up before doing an install for a lady that would take 10 minutes (they closed in 10 minutes). Very intentional and I suggest bringing your business elsewhere

I've never had a problem getting the correct parts, some vehicle items and tools are overpriced but I don't get those items from there.

Amazing service! I had my battery die on me late on a weekday evening, so I came into O'Reilly and they got it changed out for me on the spot! Highly recommend.

The manager at the store Steven was super helpful and knowledgeable. However, I noticed one employee who seemed disengaged, sitting in the back on his phone. Overall, great service from the manager!

The man behind the counter made price matching extremely difficult.. not only did he seem like he overall just did not want to he said that he would have to call the store and it "would take a long time", which has never happened to me at an oriellys before, they usually are super willing to ! Super disappointing. On top of that he was questioning why I was trying to price match by asking why we didn't just go to the other store. So on top of having to drive without the oil we needed, the customer service is just trash.
