Niello Porsche in Rocklin is awesome. Their sales, service and parts are #1. They have a super nice dealership and a super great team. Nancy in sales rocks, Gui in parts always goes the extra mile, Mark Meyer is the best GM they have ever had and Larry Reuter in service is on it. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and will keep coming back.

I would give this place 100 stars if I could with their support and service. I recently moved to San Diego and had to get my car serviced out there and the team was so rude and unresponsive, I ended up calling my service agent David helped me while he was on VACATION to help address what was going on in San Diego. He followed up through the entire process and even ended up calling the San Diego location to ask why I'm not being taken care of. This is what you call remarkable service. If i wasn't already a Loyal Porsche customer, David definitely sealed the deal.

To whom this may concern,I consider myself a very analytical individual and only dish out positive reviews when I feel they are fully deservedUpon walking into the dealership , I was met with warmth, exceptional customer communication and most importantly, ZERO discrimination, compared to other dealerships in the area.I met James, I was skeptical about all of his rewards that he had placed as I believed there were too many to be true, but as every MINUTE passed, his methodology on how he approaches your individual needs and likings is exceptionally amazing. He didn’t doubt my ability to be able to purchase any one of their cars ( for context I’m in my early 20’s) and answered any one of my questions and granted all my wishes when it came to my question list. James is different from your average sales rep not only in personality but how he figures out how to comparatively decide how a customer like myself can walk out feeling educated and convinced about Porsche Cars. I haven’t had an opportunity to purchase a Porsche from Niello yet but have taken my pre-owned Porsche in for service. I was impressed by Jose and Larry in the service department. They were able to turn a negative situation into a positive one and have earned my business in the future for future service and sales.

I love my Porsche Cayenne and Porsche of Rocklin treated me like royalty as I received services. My person of contact was Alex P. When my car was ready, he opened my car door. I felt like a lady. (And I am a lady ?) As I was waiting, I had a complimentary Caramel Frappachino. My Cayenne was due for a tune-up. After my tune-up My SUV rides like a dream. I was pleased. I had a nice experience.

Arranged a test drive with salesman we met the previous day to decide which vehicle we wanted. We arrived and the car was not even on the lot. The salesman couldn't care less, did not seem interested in selling to us. He was not listening or didn't know about the vehicles-not sure doesn't matter. Don't waste your time. Not acceptable at any dealership, certainly not Porsche.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Porsche Rocklin, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. As I was in the market for my next car, I reached out to them via their website and received a follow-up phone call. Unfortunately, my interaction with a sales associate named James was beyond disappointing.From the moment the conversation began, it was clear that James lacked basic customer service skills. He was extremely rude and made it evident that he had no interest in assisting me. Instead of taking the time to answer my questions and provide helpful information, he adopted an impatient and condescending attitude.To make matters worse, James abruptly hung up the phone on me, without any explanation or courtesy. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership as a whole. It is essential for businesses to treat potential customers with respect and professionalism, and this standard was clearly not met at Porsche Rocklin.I strongly advise others to reconsider wasting their valuable time dealing with this dealership. The way I was treated by James was not only discourteous, but it also displayed a lack of integrity and professionalism. There are countless other reputable dealerships out there that will genuinely value your business and provide the service you deserve.In conclusion, my experience with Porsche Rocklin was highly disappointing due to the disrespectful behavior of their employee, James. I would have no problem with this dealer with the exception that they test drive new vehicles and vehicles on service visits at 80mph through residential areas adjacent to their dealership. You think that Porsche technician is babying your investment? No, he's driving it at 80mph through the neighborhood next door. When you live near this place, you can differentiate between a potential customer test driving a car and a technician conducting a 'test drive' on a customers car. Either way, expect the car to exceed 8k rpm on residential streets. This boggles the mind considering there is a literal freeway in their backyard, but the techs and sales guys don't care.Make sure you install a dash cam and review your service visits. These guys don't give a $hit about their neighbors or taking a customers car to the limit. Kids riding their bikes nearby be damned.
